Love wonder

I purchased this app (lifetime account) a long time ago when it was first released. After their major update, my account got reset, and I haven’t been able to restore it since. I’ve reached out to customer service several times via email, but no one has responded. How can I contact their support team and get my account restored? The app just says, ‘no subscription found.’ Also, I’m wondering—if I buy a lifetime subscription again today, is there any guarantee they won’t do the same thing in the future?

I love this app and have been using it a long time. I like that the artwork is improving often, but some in-app things have changed for the worse. First, I paid when I first got this for a lifetime subscription and it's been great. But now, they've added in these "credits". I just started seeing it today. It now costs one credit per create but most of the time I don't even like what I see, so it takes a while to find something worth downloading. But there's also the fact that I have a lifetime subscription and shouldn't even have to deal with credits. Even if I do have to deal with credits, it should be one credit per DOWNLOAD. It's not fair that I have to sit through all these not great pictures over and over paying credit after credit until I find something I like. And the worst part is, they don't even tell you that you're using credits. It doesn't say, "Create = 1 Credit;" it just takes from your credits. Otherwise the app is fun. Update: I have gotten used to the credits. They help to know how much I've been using it! I still would like to be able to save my favorite styles, but overall, I still love this app.

The app WAS great… it was one of the few good AI apps and one of my personal favorites. I purchased the full access, “lifetime access” for $30. Under this new update- you are now on a credit system, even after having purchased the lifetime access. If you purchase an app with the promise of a one and done purchase it should be just that. Instead this app along with many others will get you with the “lifetime” purchase and then change to a subscription model or start using credits (which this app has done BOTH). Every app that has changed to subscription model after I purchased full access (which in most cases has not been cheap) has been getting removed by me. I did not purchase the app in its entirety to be then forced into a subscription/credit model… EDIT: developer responded with: "Hi MunchyAngel, We’re sorry to hear you didn’t find value in Wonder. Thank you, Wonder - AI Art Generator Team" Here’s my response: For those that have already purchased the “lifetime” subscriptions that should have been honored, with no changes and no “credits” If you change to a monthly or yearly subscription it should be for all “NEW USERS”, while honoring all the previous users purchases as “full paid app”. I don’t particularly believe in the subscriptions services for many apps and as a user who outright buys programs on their Alienware such as Photoshop, Sony Vegas Pro, Paintshop Pro, etc an outright purchased app:program should not take the money of the individuals that purchased the product completely and say “sorry, you’re not allowed to use this anymore until you pay us more money on a regular basis. This app wasn’t cheap to begin with, and asking the outrageous prices of monthly/yearly plans makes your product unattractive especially to those that do not use this app professionally and just play with it for fun. I am one of those users that plays with it for fun, but it is not worth it to me to spend so much money on a product I had already purchased the rights to, which is actually a terms of use contract. I’m sure if many cared enough to band together it could be a class action lawsuit, but to be honest your product isn’t worth my time and I haven’t used it since you changed your model.

Give us all our money back or I will report this app to Apple personally.

I absolutely still love this app, but tha new changes u all added to tha reference image when u upload an image is horrible :/// Like it doesn’t reference uploaded images good anymore it just makes complete nonsense… I can’t really explain it well but I can show u tha images I used to make compared tha tha new ones I make using an uploaded photo.

This app used to be amazing back in 2022-2023. It’s has had continuous downgrade after downgrade and the AI model it uses now barely does anything and looks ugly. It used to take source images and do an amazing job with re-creating them with your prompt, now it doesn’t do anything good.

I purchased a lifetime subscription when this came out now I do not have access and have to buy it again they took my money You will lose yours I’d give no stars but had to to review
