  • Bait and switched 2 years after purchasing lifetime full app access

    The app WAS great… it was one of the few good AI apps and one of my personal favorites. I purchased the full access, “lifetime access” for $30. Under this new update- you are now on a credit system, even after having purchased the lifetime access. If you purchase an app with the promise of a one and done purchase it should be just that. Instead this app along with many others will get you with the “lifetime” purchase and then change to a subscription model or start using credits (which this app has done BOTH). Every app that has changed to subscription model after I purchased full access (which in most cases has not been cheap) has been getting removed by me. I did not purchase the app in its entirety to be then forced into a subscription/credit model…

    I purchased the premium account for $30 USD and they then updated - removed the access to my account - and won't respond to emails about the situation. I loved this app too which is why this really upsets me. I recommend it to dozens of my friends and convinced them to buy the premium too.

    Zero stars - I paid for the expensive life membership at the start when I could for a lot more money than the other options - and now I have to buy credits - I am a life member of 2 other AI art apps that have actually kept their end of the lifetime subscription/mbership even with vast improvements- way to be greedy…

    I purchased the premium version for $30. Now with the recent update you’ve got to buy credits?! Are you kidding me? What was the point of the premium? I want my money back.

    Like others have reported, my lifetime account was “lost.” The “buy more credits” screen doesn’t have a way to close out. Have to close the app and restart it to close the buy credits screen. Deleted.

  • Another disappointing update

    My lifetime subscription has once again been hijacked by very poor coding and absolute neglect of the company for 1) not responding to support emails 2) not warning its customers about the update that will break the app. I’ve complained. Filed grievances with Apple support, vented my frustration to the “Discord” server that not a single employee of the company visits anymore. I took the time to review the other products by codeway and unsurpringly they have similar unanswered( or outright ignored since no human ever reads the emails). To anyone considering this program, my strenuous suggestion is, DON’T. They have no desire to provide support, answer emails or even provide competent coding. It’s a money grab, nothing more. Luckily there are dozens of cheaper or free image generators out there, and even better paid ones for far less than you will pay for Wonder credits. So, avoid this company and their products. Oh and the App Support button goes to a 404 page.

  • “Lifetime” Purchase Scam Alert

    I have always loved this app and purchased a lifetime membership a long time ago when it first came out. Now, however, instead of unlimited generations I get “credits”, which are numbered. Not to mention other features popping up within the app that are for purchase only. If you’re going to sell something as lifetime membership, DO NOT start scamming early supporters by making them pay for features that are part of the app. That literally defeats the purpose of the lifetime membership and feels like a betrayal of the people who were there first to support you. Apple should be alerted to this practice.

    I paid $30 for a lifetime unlimited use and membership, now you all have credits. I think you as a company should honor your agreement, or pay us back, and let us re-sign up with the current conditions.
