I enjoyed the device greatly. Now it restarts and restarts and restarts. No longer can use it to go to sleep to. Think twice before using it for gut health if you might nod off
  • Flashing light won’t shut off

I’ve only used the Pulsetto a couple times but there doesn’t seem to be any way to shut off the flashing light when the unit is running. I’m attempting to use the device for sleep in a fairly dark room with my wife and young baby and none of us are appreciating the flashing light. I’d like to be able to turn this off. Otherwise and interest and promising device.
  • Seems the software isn’t being taken very seriously…

First, this is a medical device and should not be dependent on the internet. If the internet is down, no Pulsetto. Second, the ‘you showed up for the weekend’ screen has no escape except getting out of the app and going to your history to shut the app history down, then getting back into the app. Now we know why such a high percentage of people skip the weekend. Thanks for punishing me for trying to stay with the program. It’s already difficult for me to use because I just hate the slime on my neck. Three, I tried the deluxe software, but the ‘meditations’ were choppy and brought me right up out of any zen I may have achieved. Four, when I complete a session, I have to immediately turn the device off or it starts back up on its own. Five, today it told me the device was low on battery when it was still in the green on the app. You really need to make your app agree with the device. This is supposed to be a medical device. I use it because it works. But the software is flaky and drives me crazy. I also hate the goo. Somebody, please make one of these devices that works with pads, like a tens machine.
  • This product is predatory

Since using Pulsetto I have sincerely loved the device and especially love to use this right before bed. However, it took nearly a month to ship. I get it, it’s the holidays and you’re slammed. That’s fine. My subscription however started without me even receiving the device. I have now only had this for 6 days and I am being billed again for a new month. There is no support. No one to call. Everything is handled through email and the expected response time is a 3 day wait. I have no ability on the app to change my subscription plan. And I do not have any option to cancel without contacting support. Update: rather than helping me fix my problem they kicked me out of the app. I cannot change no longer use my device. And they refuse to tell me if they’re issuing a refund. It states you don’t have to have a premium subscription to use this. But it will not work without the premium subscription.
  • It works

It’s hard to tell if it works because it tales time. I feel Kind if gouged because they seem to demand a subscription to the app to even use the device. The pulsetto isn’t cheap then demanding $99 for a year’s use of the app feels rather tacky.
  • Shameless Cash Grab

    - the subscription offers no value. The cheaply made device cost several hundred dollars, and then you have to pay a subscription if you want to access different mode. Why do we allow companies to do this to us? And why do people leave good reviews when they’re being taken advantage of? Something that cost several hundred dollars should just work. You shouldn’t have to pay a monthly fee to get more functionality. - annoying ux - part 1: almost every time you open the app, your bombarded with an ad to subscribe. I don’t wanna subscribe stop annoying me! - annoying ux - part 2: if you don’t use the device for two or three days, you get annoying pop-up every time you open the app telling you that you haven’t been using the device. I know I’m not using the device. I don’t need you to tell me that. Can’t I just use a product that I bought without yourself serving messages interfering with me. that companies are so invasive… - I also blame consumers: I blame people who give this good ratings too. Companies take advantage of us, offer more charging, and less value. And everyone just thinks it. We live in a dystopia and only have ourselves to blame. - just another example of the dystopia. It bears repeating again.

I purchased the device on December 3th 2025 but can’t access the premium service I also paid thru apple account. After wrote several emails the problem still unsolved. Can’t understand why.
  • Intrusive upsell messages and data collection

I don’t understand the rationale for some of the defaults in this app. When finishing a session, why would I want to immediately restart that session? I’m not binge watching tv, I don’t need it to automatically keep going. It’s hard to say if that’s better or worse than the prior version that asked to collect my data after every single session. Please make this product something I want to use, or better still, an experience that reflects the calm mind the product is supposed to instill. Right now the aggressive upsells and defaults are far too unpleasant to support long-term usage.
  • They will not return my money

I bought the Pulsetto device and with a couple of days I was already kind of disappointed. I became real disappointed when all of a sudden new charges from this company started showing up my credit card without having been requested or approved. I got the device on November 29 and by December 2, decided it wasn’t for me and asked for a refund. I wanted my money back. It’s now been over two weeks and five requests later and they still haven’t given my money back. They have written back and said oh we need to order number. Well OK so I gave my order number although they had my name and my email address, they needed a number. Then with my next request for a refund, they answered a with a very generic letter that offered nothing. With my next request for return, they answered that they wanted to discuss this with me and see if they could work things out. I again asked for a refund. I was told he would be happy to help me “but first…” you guessed it I am sure… he wanted to talk about why I was unhappy. Not an Amazon experience . If you know what I mean.
  • helpful, the hardware needs work

once you get the hang of it, this does provide quick and effective anxiety and stress support. there are some quirks with long battery charging needs, requires wifi (WHY), and using it straight from a charge doesn’t really work…you have to start a session, back out, and restart to feel the vibrations. the app is largely useless with bells and whistles that seem perfunctory when the basics aren’t there. why not put some buttons on the hardware and skip the app? invest less in software that’s pointless, get the device up a level!
