    I've never worked with a stylist before, and Anita was patient and helpful! She asked great questions, and shared with me a new look comprised of some items I wouldn't have tried on my own - grateful for the time and thoughtfulness!

  • So many technical problems

    After my styling session, the sizes didn’t transfer correctly from style session to shopping cart. No way to adjust or correct sizes in the cart. Tried dozens of time to enter my mailing address in the app, but it would never accept it. After about 10 emails with customer service, they tell me you must but something in the apartment number field. Website login on my laptop didn’t have my style session information that was on my app and didn’t have a way to enter my address. So many issues and of course, after all this, no refund citing that I was asking for a refund for personal or financial reasons when I gave about 8 different ways their platform doesn’t work.

    I subscribed to their monthly program for personalized styling advice and clothing delivery. Once I downloaded the app, I read credible negative reviews about their services. Specifically, their "personalized" styling advice appears to come from Chat GPT; other reviews stated that the clothes arrive in different packages- a month after the purchase. The clothing did not fit as they promised with their customized sizing and styling. Within the hour of my trial purchase, I emailed them to cancel my subscription based on the reviews I had read and requested a refund for their trial. After several back-and-forth emails with the company, they refused to refund the trial fee. They claim their money-back guarantee policy is "very clear and transparent". I did not find it to be so. Here is a copy-paste statement from their cancellation policy. You decide if it is clear and transparent. "We may offer a free or a paid trial subscription for services provided through the Website and/or the App. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period." The company has refused to refund for the trial.

    You must know they do not honor ANY request for a refund. It’s not worth it! They say it’s refundable, and they say they will read your survey and offer styles accordingly. They do not stand by this, and do not listen no matter how you try to explain the fact they advertise false claims.

  • App is Trash - poor service

    The app itself is absolute garbage. Do not waste your time or money! I opened it once, never thought about it again. Was charged for 5 months worth of service and once I realized I'd forgotten to cancel I kindly requested at least one month refund. The company was zero help. This is a scam of an app designed to make you forget that you signed up for a recurring charge for a worthless service.

    Was very hopefully about this and was sorely disappointed. The outfit choices have been horrendous each week and the costs for each are wildly unrealistic (ranging from $400-1800 PER OUTFIT) considering the price range I requested. The weekly drop outfits are NOT at all what I would wear and generally don’t even look flattering on the model (although I question if these images are simply the work of AI or someone cutting/pasting the image of the clothes over the model). I also unfortunately invested in the seasonal capsule wardrobe session and what a waste of money. Expected a lot more out of the recommendation based on the description of the service… I invested my money in the hopes that this product could both help me learn to dress more stylish and improve my wardrobe and this did neither. Please don’t waste your hard earned money or time on this.

    I was skeptical about online styling services, but Lumi completely exceeded my expectations! My stylist Sophia took the time to understand my style preferences and body shape concerns through their detailed questionnaire. Within 24 hours, I received a personalized lookbook with outfit combinations I would never have put together myself but absolutely love! The follow-up service checking how I'm enjoying my new pieces shows they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The styling fee was reasonable and completely worth it for the confidence boost and time saved. Highly recommend!

    The stylist help me pick cute things, but unfortunately, I own so many of the cute things she recommended. Maybe I was looking more for someone to help me with creating my own personal style —-I need more of a stylist than a shopper.
