All the flash sale and whatever are confusing and feel like a scam. Keep It simple please

The communication between merchants on the platform and the platform itself couldn’t be any worse than it is already. At that, their customer service team is not even a little bit helpful and run by a bunch of people who try to tell you how valuable of a customer you are while doing absolutely nothing to prove it. They take forever to get anything done, and if you’re as unlucky as I am, you’ll return an item that you never even opened or laid a finger on the packaging of, only to be denied a refund in the end! Even if it is nearly $400, they don’t care! THEY WILL ROB YOU IN PLAIN SIGHT AND TELL YOU THEY’RE SO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE TO THEIR VALUED CUSTOMER. This company is a straight up scam and deserves to be shut down.

Temu is a lot of fun, just be careful not to misunderstand some of their deals and read the fine print. You typically get what you pay for, so if you want quality I’d shop their more expensive items or try another site.

Love it. Cheap nice items and easy refund process if something is wrong. Recommend to everyone

This store is amazing and is very reliable. Customer service is insanely helpful and they are always very responsive. I’ve never had a bad experience with TEMU. Unlike SHEIN or Poshmark.

I ordered several items that supposedly was getting for free. Never received any. I love shopping with temu they have such cool useful things. But disappointed in the bait and switch.
