I JUST upgraded to premium ($39.99),from free. I was using the chat to help me create a balloon arch and it kept glitching, by not uploading the images. And now it tells me “I can't create images directly, but I can help you come up with ideas or descriptions for an image you might want to create. Let me know what you're thinking!” It then tells me I can upgrade to the ProPlus ($59.99). It showed it to me and now I can even find where to upgrade. I’ve been duped out of my money and now I can’t even upgrade beyond premium. Grrrr! Bad bad bad!!!

I asked a question, and they got it wrong so I explained it even more, and they just repeated what they said before. Google Gemini and chatgpt are way better .

It’s nothing like the ads and I asked if it has information about me and it said yes then stayed false things do not recommend would be a 0 star if I could have and chat gpt is better I couldn’t find the cancel button when the tried to force me to pay it’s just a down version of chat gpt.
