I have used this app since it started, even paid when a young physician for the “5 minute clinical consult” On free version I am blocked from using the medication module. I have not opened the app since I got the pop up to pay and will be deleting the app. Do they still print pharmacopeia booklet?!?

I’ve been using this app for at least 15 years. Now there is basically no free version. It keeps saying “You’ve reached your free views for the day” even though I haven’t used it today. It’s said that 3 days in a row. Now they want $25/month for what use to be a free service. It’s a great app but not worse $25/m.
  • Now a subscription?!

Have been using it for years. Now suddenly, it’s a subscription without free tier. I instantly erased the app! What a shame. New management got too greedy? Will be using PDR instead

This app used to be the go to with so many clinicians. They pumped it full of advertising to the point where it would crash randomly, but it was still useful so we kept using it. Now they have added a paywall you get to look up a couple things and then you’re locked out. Absolutely insane considering way better services exist. I cannot recommend avoiding this app more.
  • Now charging!

I have used this app for years and have really liked it and its ease of use and information to take the best care of patients with all the constant medication changes but now they are letting you have only a certain number of views/day unless you pay. So very disappointed. Not able to recommend any more.
  • Thanks for ruining a great app

Been using the app regularly for almost 20 years and suddenly without any notice it stops working and does not allow looking up drugs anymore. The limit on allowed drug searches for free version is extremely low and going from free to charging this amount is crazy especially that you’re not really creating anything new. I understand things are getting costly. But, if you needed to charge for an app that had already been designed and used for free by millions of people for long years while maintaining your client base, then charge a reasonable amount. These prices are kinda ridiculous!
  • Getting greedy

Relied on this free app as an emergency physician for years. Tonight on shift when I had an unstable hemophiliac that was bleeding the app wouldn’t let me proceed without purchasing the app. Way to go guys—lost another user tonight! There are other free apps out there. Good luck retaining your base!

Have had this for 20 years approximately and the basic drug service has been free. General look ups for dosing guidance. Now its 24.99 a month clearly a scam of a price. Its a shame they feel the need to scam medical providers when without us their service would be worthless. Changed to uptodate or other rx sights that are free
  • Useless app now

Not free, constant ads, why bother. Will delete app. Been using for 20 years, way to ruin a good product.
  • $150 and still adds?

This is the most expensive app on my phone, and I still have to deal with adds! Ridiculous
