    I’ve been using this app since I first bought an iPhone 4s in 2011. Unfortynately, the greedy executives currently running Apple won't allow old devices to download old versions of this app. Why not? Pure greed. Apple executives want everyone to throw away their perfectly good old devices, ruining the environment, and stuffing Apple coffers fuller than ever. Welcome to 21st-century Apple, where greed is king, and customers are mere peons.

  • Doesn’t work with newest iPhone SE.

    I’ve used this app for years and it works with ancient iPod touches, ancient iPads and every phone my wife and I have owned (she has an iPhone 12). I got the latest iPhone SE and it won’t work / pair with my computer like the other devices will. So sad.

  • Crashes Music App

    It has some a design flaw not showing the star rating during dark mode (black stars on black background?!). But lately it also occasionally crashes music on my MacBook which is annoying. Still a very useful app — but Apple should update it more often to get rid of these bugs.

    Now that iTunes has been deprecated in favor of Apple Music, this remote app is broken. It can only connect to iTunes, as Apple Music doesn’t have Home Sharing. Oh well, Apple hate Windows users so losing features in an, “Upgrade,” isn’t surprising.

    I love this app for years, being Apple to connect to my Mac or PC controlling my iTunes music felt good. Unfortunately Apple doesn’t seem to be updating this app anymore and it’s not compatible with Apple Music since they’ve separated the two apps now it’s unusable. You served me well 🥲❤️
