    My account was recently transferred from Barclays to Citibank, and the experience has been extremely frustrating so far. My card was declined even for a simple $50 purchase. When I contacted customer service, they sent a verification code to my phone, but after that I was told I would need to wait for a letter in the mail containing a reference number before anything could be resolved. For a modern bank, this verification process feels unnecessarily complicated and outdated. The transition has been disappointing, and honestly, I regret having my account transferred under these circumstances.

    App only gives you phone numbers for customer service. Calling only sends you in an endless circular call tree. If you do happen to ever reach a person, chances are they will give you incorrect information

    Both my wife and I tried to sign in and had separate but detrimental issues. My app just wouldn’t even let me sign in. For my wife she signed in but then no forms would allow her to enter anything into the form fields. The phone keyboard never activates even though the cursor is focused on the field. I know what goes into building apps and cannot even begin to understand how you mess one up so badly that the native OS doesn’t know when you have focused on a form field. It’s literally one of the basic features of an app since the beginning of apps. Horrible and stressful experience since we will need to use the app to make payments.

    It will not allow you to read the terms and conditions. It flashes on the screen the off . Cannot proceed further with my new card

    There is an issue on the loan part of the application that if you make a payment to the loan, every time you review it, it adds automatically another payments. So if you pay $300 and you go back to review the payment, now shows $600, and if you review it, now shows $900 and so on. This could cause you to have money being withdrawn from the account you are making the payment to the loan, to be overcharge multiple times. I am already fighting this extra charges!!!
