    If you find someone you like, they aren’t real. No one ever saw my profile. They are literally not on this site or don’t use it. I even paid for a boost to be the top profile for the hour and literally got 0 views … zero. (BTW I’m an extremely handsome man 10/10.) No one is on here period.

    The app is filled with scammers. Match has to be paying these people to con men & women to sign up for subscriptions. Now they embedded ads. Even for subscribers. COMPLETE GARBAGE!

    So many fake profiles, and the notifications are always junky and broken. Really need to find a way to remove scammers from your platform. I saw 3 of them in one day for gods sake.

    I paid for Match’s top-tier Diamond membership for a year, and the experience has been disappointing. After roughly a year on the service, I’ve had essentially no meaningful conversations and maybe one actual date. More frustrating is how activity is presented. The “Who’s Viewed You” section frequently moves old, time-stamped profile views back to the top, making them appear recent at first glance. I’ve also received multiple emails saying someone liked me, only to check Match within minutes and find that the profile no longer exists. I’ve even received separate like notifications from the same person weeks apart. Features have also increasingly been placed behind expensive subscription tiers. I remember “Who Viewed Me” being available without paying for the highest membership level; now access to that information is one of the features used to sell Diamond. Even after paying for Diamond, the inconsistent timestamps make the feature much less useful than it should be. For a dating service that can renew at around $300 per year, I expect considerably more transparency and value. Every view and interaction should have a clear timestamp so members can distinguish genuinely new activity from older activity being resurfaced. Between the poor results, features being pushed into higher-priced tiers, and the way activity is presented, I don’t think the full-price premium membership provides good value.

    Wayyyy too many fakes and frauds on here. I.women who say they are 50+ who still want kids, women who forget to take off their wedding bands, and women who post picture 5-10 years old

    You can’t do anything without paying more money… You can set your boundaries and parameters, but then (match) doesn’t stick with that so you’re seeing people from all areas of the country. When you’re not a paying customer the highlighted people that you get to give a star to are the best of the best and you’d have to pay more money to send a star to more people. Then when you become a paying customer your options are the worst of the worst. It sucks. Not sure why I renewed. Waste of money.

    Everyone that you sent to me is very old. They’re more concerned about making sure they get to bed by 8 o’clock at night because they are so tired. They don’t say anything more than just one or two words they act like they’re not interested at all. I wish I was better matched with individuals than what you are giving me. A lot of of them are just looking for a caretaker. And that is not for me. I am kind of frustrated with the situation with Match usually when I first found you first used you when I was in my 50s you did a much better job and your fees you charge them were much better. Now you are charging way too much for people to afford specially in these times you need to adjust what you’re charging to be able to get more involved by gouging your clients you’re losing more and more specially during the difficult times so you need to reset and corporate needs to understand if they’re going to offer and charge those prices they need to be better at what they are doing instead of just throwing Garbage at people
