  • UX changes all the time are not an excellent means to business ; where did the sound go?

App is good. Sometimes there are bugs. But why did you remove the sound ? I used to love clicking and hearing the sound when shopping . The sound on or off button is still in the app strangely . Too many UX changes all the time.
  • No private listing

Zillow is trying to force us to use realtors by not listing private sales. Guess it’s time to utilize a new app.
  • Severely Inaccurate Home Values – Misleading and Risky

This app’s valuations are wildly off! Depending on the home we’re talking tens to hundreds of thousands below certified appraisals and real market data. It completely ignores recent comps, upgrades, and neighborhood demand. The numbers aren’t just off—they’re dangerously misleading. If you’re making financial decisions, do not rely on this app. Always verify with a licensed appraiser or real estate expert. This tool is more harmful than helpful if taken at face value. Try Redfin. Their valuations are better.

I love the information generated when I look in a particular location. I hate how hard it is to delete searches. Also not impressed with app navigation.
  • Update is awful

Why why why would you switch to red dots on the map that don’t distinguish between seen/new listings?
  • best filters

looking for "no pets" is hard on the other apps. it's also annoying when you think you've found something good, only to read "55+ only." glad they have a filter to not show senior communities.
  • Rita Bender Coach Relators, Huntington, NY

My wife and I recently brought a home in Dix Hills, NY in the Town of Huntington. Rita Bender and the Bender Team were there for us from day one. They were conscientious of our budget and had homes ready and appointments made for us. They answered all questions and made insightful suggestions on things to consider when showing us homes. I would only use Rita Bender and the Bender Team for buying and selling homes in Huntington, NY.
  • Search has become dysfunctional

With the most recent updates, they have broken the state search. Now when you type the state, it tries to search for a related term instead of the state lines as the boundary.
  • This app has become unusable

This app has always had problems, but lately it has become completely useless. Why dont you adjust the price with the down payment. Why do you crowd all the results together on the map, and then flood the screen with off market results so I still can’t click anything when I zoom in to be able to separate the units?
  • Down payment default to $ amount instead of percent

With the new buy ability feature, it defaults to how much you want to pay for your down payment instead of 20%. It makes the monthly estimate figures wrong. No one thinks in dollar amounts. People want 20% option.
