  • New app is absolutely awful

This isn’t just a case of not liking change. This is a horrible loss of functionality. Or, if the old functionalities are still there, they are incredibly unintuitive, as others have said. I was listening to an episode of the jazz show The Lowdown: Conversations with Christian on the way home from work and wanted to continue listening when I got out of the car. Even though I was supposedly on the show (on my iPhone), it was playing regular jazz music programming or when I tried to rewind a little, it would go to the programming hours before, with no way to skip forward. I looked everywhere, tried to search for the show, and I finally gave up. HORRIBLE. If you have the old app, do not upgrade!!!! Off topic: I love SiriusXM in my car, but I’m seriously considering going to something else for music. It’s gotten so expensive, and my 2023 Volvo XC 90 recharge XM app is also awful: can’t rewind, can’t start songs from the beginning, can’t get channels above the 100’s (or so). If I can’t get what I want in my car, can’t get what I want on my phone, and am paying a zillion dollars for it, what’s the point?

I used to love the Sirius app before the 2024 update. It’s harder to find my favorites. Worse, the home page is useless. Finally I can’t control skip ahead or behind. All of these were in the previous version. Do not update until these simple fixes are implemented.

Thank you for adding the skip 15sec forward/back option back to the app
  • New app is a mess

I have to restart my phone each day to access the Howard Stern show, otherwise it will not allow me to start current show. Also, the slider to advance the show is so inaccurate! A real mess!!
  • Hard to use and poor interface

In these days of companies bowing to customers desire for quality designs and usability it’s good to see a corporation strongly bucking that trend and ignoring the basic things that make the user experience good. Stay strong in fighting the voluminous requests for making your channel icons large enough to read, play buttons big enough to click, and the ability to order the channels the way the customer wants. I for one love the fact that my choices to sort are to let the order continually change based on the last listened to or alphabetical. Those are so much more useful that being able to order and group them so they are in the same place every time in a place that makes sense to me.
  • Latest revision, a real cluster F

The reason I liked the app in the past was that I could quickly find a show and listen to it at any time during the day. It used to be easy to find my shows. Now it’s hit miss and the only thing I could find easily is the upcoming shows. if that’s the case I might as well listen to the radio. This is what happens when you try to fix something that wasn’t broken. So congratulations, you broke it.

  • Can’t log in to app

I’ve been using the app for years but now suddenly I can’t sign in. I’ve tried password, email code and text code, none of them work. The most recent update was horrible as well since they took away the “Favorites” page. Now I have to search for a channel every time I want to change to a different one. I was close to canceling my service as it is, if they can’t fix this ASAP I definitely will.
  • Not for prime time

Pretty incredible how buggy this app is. Loss of audio, random pausing, losing your place in the content, the amount of forced exits needed, time lapse issues, and so on… New design looks nice but good luck finding content now.

Will there ever be an option for Apple Watch? You can now listen to Amazon Music on Apple Watch.
