  • App needs serious work

    The app has functions that make sense however it is SUPER buggy. Links don’t work 90% of the time, there are major lags, I am constantly having to reload the app and often times receive errors making me not even want to use it. It’s high cost for such a buggy app

    This app is too glitchy, too poorly run for it to be as expensive as it is!! Also, no refunds!! Crazy.

  • Green checkmarks

    Once a family sees an application, there should be green checkmarks. These checkmarks are so difficult to see. There should be a better way to know when your application has been read.

    If you’re not paying for premium the app is essentially useless, even then it’s incredibly hard to use, you can’t post for things one day after the other. Horrible app.

  • You just buy membership

    You have to pay for a membership to be able to actually find a caregiver. You can post that you need a caregiver but if somebody responds, you cannot message them unless you upgrade and pay. They have different plans and it’s any where from $14-$40 a month.

    I have had the worst time using this app. So many functions just don’t work. It could be so great if the app just worked. Tech support has been awful with the person erasing my profile. I still use it because there’s not really alternatives. But I’m floored that it’s got 4 out of 5 stars on here. Maybe it’s just me?

    This app is very poor and buggy. For a sleep-deprived and overwhelmed mom, it is quite frustrating.

  • Great Service, Rotten Application

    I’m glad care puts all the time it does into background checks and safe communication, but the app is quite bad. There is no landscape mode for phone or tablet and, worse yet, if you type a long message or a message with a web address, it simply deletes all you content and says “unable to send message.” It also does not support attachments. How are we supposed to provide detailed instructions to our caregivers?

    They closed my account without giving me any reason. I paid for 3 months in advance and only used the service for 12 days. I filed a dispute against the company. I do not recommend you use this application at all.
