This has been my 4th year with Walmart plus - all I can say is why doesn’t every company have such great workers and deliverers Highly recommend

I’ve been satisfied with most of my past deliveries. Only a few times my items were missing. However, I was quickly reimbursed/ credited. The only disappointment I’ve experienced was when I had to call customer support. It was pretty challenging and time consuming. Overall, I truly appreciate the option of getting my groceries delivered. Also, I tried encouraging my groceries be placed inside my screen porch but some drivers despite my signs they’ll leave the bags of food on the outside of my porch on the step regardless if it’s raining or snowing making it visible to people walking by and could steal my food. If they can work on that I’ll be happy 😊

Too expensive

The app is fantastic! No complaints other than it running excruciatingly slow at times, it seems after having so many items in your cart it overloads the app and it’s hard to even take items out of the cart after that so you can’t really do anything but wait for it to fix.

Absolutely no customer service skills you’ll never be able to get resolutions or speak with the supervisor

The online shopping and delivery service is fantastic. The design of the system is amazing and it’s super user-friendly. Well worth the subscription!

pretty good sometimes the fruits n veggies got mold, but it washes off prettty easy that’s a big plus for me.

Amazing experience online and it the store, ALWAYS. I appreciate how convenient online shopping can be and I have yet to have any trouble with delivery.

It would be so helpful if y’all would make this app faster sometimes I choose other stores because this app is so slow
