Full screen ads have made this once great application impossible to use. RIP 5-0 Radio Pro.

Why am I getting ads when I paid for ad free?

This app is trash I been on for an hourly and still don’t hear nothing

I’ve been using this app for several years. I thought I had paid for an ad free version but then they switched to a subscription model and ads returned with vengeance. To be clear, I’m fine with discrete ads but the game ads that appear at login last for several minutes and the sounds cover up the transmission and prevent access to channel selection. I typically turn this on when I hear sirens in my area. With the game ads I lose that immediately access. It’s otherwise a great app.

Yes I clicked on “remove ads” - but the advertising shows when I open app(after I hear sirens) and does not allow me to listen until I click on the ad (waiting waiting waiting) and then I can X out of the ad. I miss the whole call. :( I should not see ANY ADVERTISEMENTS.

This is hands-down my favorite police scanner app. The interface is clean, it’s super easy to use, and the notifications are actually helpful — not just noise. I like being able to see what’s happening in my area in real time instead of finding out later on social media. It’s especially great for safety awareness and just staying informed about what’s going on around you. I’ve recommended this app to family and friends and they love it too. Definitely a must-have.

Just know that of you download this app? After trial period? You will be charged and will have a very hard time trying to find a way to cancel. They will charge you nonetheless. Just found I have been charged a fee after it was a free app and then it changed to a pay app. No idea how long I have been charged for something i dont even use or have on my phone. Scam…. if developers see this? REMOVE YOUR CHARGES NOW!!!

I use this app to try to get information about things happening in the vicinity of my home. The excessively long ads block out entire dispatches and make it impossible to get the information you are using the app for.

Does not have any stations worth listening to. The ones it does have are so distorted it’s not comprehensible so those are worthless too.
