    No way to copy social media links, it just wants to open the social site in the web.. not even the app on my phone. Bare Bones info - it used to have a lot more. Not worth the $1 (sorry :( )

    I was a long time user of BV but after I took a couple months off I was ready to sign back up. Since then everything changed, the app, the month charge. I signed back up anyways and paid my dues. I never received access to the platform. I called BV and submitted my cc statement of payment, they said everything should be up and working. NOPE, so I called again and again, still not working. When I go to log in it takes me back to the payment area wanting me to “upgrade” to the yearly use. It will not let me access the monthly subscription I paid for. My only option is to upgrade. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!

    Wish I could give zero stars. They will scan you for a membership then the next time u wanna look someone else up they will say your account isn’t found. Then another time they will say verification email sent. NO EMAIL there is ZERO human customer service don’t give this trash company your hard earned money.

    I’ve used BeenVerified for several years. I find more information free from Google than I can find on the app I pay monthly for. I’m in the process of finding a reliable app to use.

    I paid for a subscription, it says active in my apple subscriptions, but says expired in the app. Support will not respond despite emailing over 5 separate times. Really upsetting and feeling ripped off

    This app is horrible I been trying to cancel my subscription they say that I don’t have an account but I got a charge of 32.89 and when I told them I wanted to cancel it they can’t find nothing and then they ask for all this information and they stop responding to your emails its ridiculous. I’ve sent multiple emails about cancelling and they still haven’t done anything

    This app never accepts my password and tells me it doesn’t recognize my credentials. I have to reset my pw every time I try to use it and then I still end up using it in Google anyways!! I pay for it every month and it’s very frustrating!!

    I searched someone I know has lots of publicly available information but the app showed almost none of it. Where it does have a “hit” all boxes for specific information is marked none or N/A. Super low quality returns. No county info given for court cases etc.
