Hard to Use

The app should allow you to watch the workout before you do it without counting it as a completed workout. Trying to learn poses on my phone is pretty difficult. Might be better on a tablet? They should do a better job explaining each pose. They have a section showing all the poses with written instructions but it’s not suitable for a beginner. If they make this more newbie friendly it’d probably be a good app. As is I can see people injuring themselves or just giving up altogether. I had another issue signing in, which it asked me to do to make the app better? Well I can’t. I might end up returning this app which is a great price, but it might be worth it to spend more or even just watch something on YouTube.
Only five modules

If I had known there were only five modules, I may have not bought it. At least should tell us before purchasing. I’ve not used it yet but looks simple which I love. However, who cares about background styles. I’d rather have the ability to create my own modules by selecting poses myself. I hope you all will come out with that!:)

I have been using / my husband and I have been using this app for many years on & off! He turned me on to it. I love that depending on how I’m feeling I can decide what practice I need. If it’s been a while I do a beginning 30 minute to unwind. But, u best believe by the time I got to the 45 minute intermediate I was PUSHED & it feels so great! The goal this summer is to get to advanced 60 minute. We’ll see? No stress. I am 48, a dancer by trade my whole life & a choreographer now but have even told my mother who is 70 about it as well. Do it at ur pace. It’s awesome!! Thank you!!

I’ve been using this app since 2019, might even be before that. Its genius is in its simplicity and streamlined user experience. It doesn’t bombard you with loads of commercialized iterations, it sticks to the fundamentals.
Credit to the developer who has been supporting this app year after year and making it a consistently usable and valuable apps. Many thanks!

Can’t Create Own Workout

You would think that an app as old as this one would’ve by now added the ability to form your own workout. It’s not a difficult feature to add.
Great App! Need a Vibration feature

This app is great for beginners and intermediates! I just wanted to share a feedback - when I’m wearing an Apple Watch, I would like it to vibrate with each pose change during yoga sessions. As I am deaf, it’s hard for me to constantly look at the screen on my phone or TV. I wasn’t sure how to time the pose changes, like counting down to zero. I would love to have a vibration feature on the watch app to signal when to change poses. This could be added as an option in the setting. This feature would be helpful for the deaf and hard of hearing user!!

Great selection of workouts, easy to use, and fun little unlockables. The yoga pose dictionary is great. The app is so easy to use, and it’s not distracting or flashy. Love it!
Way more results than I expected

I started doing sun salutation a a way to improve my flexibility that was causing an issue in my hip and legs and that was the primary reason for using this prior to walking to rehab my leg. I figured once that was taken care of I would start working on my upper body however this short 8 1/2 minute routine is easy enough to do multiple times per week and after only four months people were commenting on my upper body development fast-forward a year and a half and my upper body has never looked this good I am 60 years old and have been exercising including weightlifting fairly intensely since I was 14 years old. The difference is it’s easy enough to do consistently over a long period of time and some of the things you think you’re doing that are just stretching are actually isometric exercises that are definitely building muscle give it a try for three months plus times per week I think you’ll be surprised at the results I was
