    My favorite part of this app is how it sends a notification to my phone and my watch and let me know my bill is ready at 12:01 AM the very first day of the month informing me at such a great time that once again this month that service agreement bill is due. It’s so convenient and handy to be woken up in the middle of the night to be told that my reoccurring bill is now ready. I especially appreciate how it does my phones notification and my watch as if I would ever submit a claim or something from my watch I wish I could purchase more devices for you to send me more notifications about the same bill that I’ve signed up!

    Either they don’t notify you when a payment is due or the notifications aren’t pushing. I have the app on my home and work phones and nothing came through. My biggest issue is that I also have Homeowners Insurance through Progressive, but you can’t view it through the app and it sends you to the website.

    They constantly charge fees for allegedly returning payments. Once a month, they will steal $20 from you, and you won't be able to do anything about it!

    Snapshot kills it for me and my price constantly goes up because they demand it be by your phone, then it’ll turn itself off randomly, you set it up, turn it on, it reads for a week then disappears, you reset it up, it starts over and then guess week, a week or two later, bye!!! It’s terrible, just give me a device to stick in my car and be done with it. This phone obsession thing progressive has is stupid. Specially because their app doesn’t always work!

    The app is garbage when using it to try your driving. It consistently logs you out and doesn’t track if you’re a passenger or driver.
