    The Progressive App is very easy to navigate. I was able to make my payment on my policy even though I am out of town.

    I have been with Progressive and have been using the mobile app for sometime now. My policy just renewed for May and I cannot see any of my up-and-coming payments in the app. If I log into the official site, it will have the up-and-coming payments listed there, but my app doesn’t show any details. This started before my May renewal was even processed. I wasn’t able to see my last two payments on my previous policy either, which caused me to be late on a payment because I do make them manually. i’ve checked to make sure my phone is fully up-to-date as well as the app being fully up-to-date. When I called to discuss it with a representative, they told me that they could see the payments and so I should be able to also and then insinuated i was lying. i am frustrated.

    App wouldn’t take my password I’ve had for years or login necessitating having to go back to go through the email and many attempts to try to pay a bill. Highly annoying.
