Find your family, control your child’s screen time and manage their phone use. Features * Locate Family – Track your child on demand or on a regular schedule, for example every day after school * Location Alerts - Receive alerts when your child enters or leaves a location, like school or practice. * Location History - Review where your child has been over the previous seven days. * Limit Screen Time – Block your child’s mobile data and Wi-Fi, on demand or on a schedule you choose. * Content Filters – Block inappropriate Apps and websites by age or customize your own settings. * Web and App Activity (NEW) – Timestamp history of child’s App usage and Websites visited.     Ridiculous!! This should be free! I already pay $400 / month so this is stupid. Xfinity doesn’t charge me, and neither does Life 360!!

    I keep having to restore her location and it’s very annoying. I got it to help me keep track of her and half the time it doesn’t even work.

    Hacked by criminal empire of drug traffickers who have been hacking into whatever device I have for over 6 years. Salvatore Miranti, Gaige Scott Holdaway, Robert Eugene Wear, Clayton Jay Pruitt plus the rest of the gang of professional crooks with ties to local, county and state government officials and the ability to pay off in drugs. Every call is recorded, keylogger, and stalked in and out of the house. I pay for extra security and get the same as if I were still paying for straight talk, who had no clue that my SIM had been copied and my phone was cloned. I expected much better from this company than just to be hacked STILL from the same people. I constantly have told you who they are, where they are, and what is happening as 25+ years in federal prison for hacking isn’t long enough—but I guess they have enough cash or the drugs to pay even AT&T corporation off. Thanks again for compromising my communication and being able to have an inkling of safety or support in a professional phone company.

    I am constantly having to reconnect with my daughters phone. It tells me she has come home Hours after she actually has. It is not very helpful at all… especially for an app I have to pay monthly for.

  • Does not work with our tech savvy teens!!

    The app is supposed to not be able to be disabled on a child’s phone, but it can be and mine constantly disables it without my permission. It shows on their phone that I have it set back up again, and every single time they disable it successfully. So basically this app does me no bit of good except that I can (sometimes) find their approximate location. Yet I’m paying monthly for this app to do nothing it promises. AT&T needs to put much more effort into this app and management needs to tighten down on their developers to get it right. If I’m paying for a service, I expect to get what I’m promised - just as AT&T expects me to pay my bill every month. It’s a two way street. If you can’t provide what you promise, you’re in default to me as your customer. I do not recommend this app to another customer. By the way... In response to the developer response... my child IS USING AN ANDROID PHONE. I have the iPhone, and he has an android - specificity purchases due to the iPhone having more lax security. Unfortunately, the response doesn’t support the issues we are having. Therefore, I stand by my initial review and warning to parents in that there could potentially be a strong possibility that this app might not do what you think it will do, want it to do, or need it to do. Be cautious and aware, and keep your guard up.

    This app will not work, the setup appears to be easy, but it will not pair with the devices you want to track. The Companion app will not grant access, it just allows you to download the app and accept the invite, it will NOT pair. App it total Sh*t.

    I’ve been trying to set this up and every time I get to the point of choosing the phone numbers from my plan to include the app just shuts down. I’ve deleted it, put it back on , reset my phone , all the normal things but nothing has worked. I was really looking forward to using it

    I have had secure family for years. It stopped working over two months ago. There is an error message following login. I’ve spent 10+ hours with support. Nothing they suggest helps. It’s extremely disappointing a big company like AT&T is unable to properly support their apps.
