The Apple Store app provides a more personal way to shop for the latest Apple products and accessories. Get recommendations based on the Apple products you already own. Find out which accessories are compatible with your devices. Easily upgrade to a new iPhone from your current one. Keep track of your orders wherever you go. And sign up for hands-on sessions in store. You can even use Apple Pay to check out from your iPhone when you visit a participating Apple Store. Certain app features may ask permission to use the TrueDepth camera to improve and facilitate your purchasing experience. Note that the Apple Store app and certain features are available only in select countries. How your data is used To confirm compatibility and recommend products, the app will access both the services and the name, model, and part number of devices linked to your Apple ID. To turn off this feature, go to Account > Settings > My Devices and Services.

    This has less to do with the App Store itself, because it’s just a search engine. But I have serious concerns that reviews in the App Store get edited, deleted or big brothered from actual experience where I will go back to make an edit to a review and the entire review is missing or doesn’t have the previous review. I get it, Apple only wants to make money and only wants positive reviews, but it’s actually an infringement on First amendment rights to actively delete reviews that aren’t 5 stars for an app in the App Store where Apple gets a cut of the money in the store. Conflict of interest much? Wow, I had the rare instinct to go back and check a couple reviews only to realize that they were gone. No wonder there are so many 90+% positive reviews, apparently Apple is actively pruning negative reviews of products…

    From the moment I first used an iPhone some 20 years ago, I knew someone had finally got something right. From the ease of the operating system to the personal flair and flavor which only IPhone can create, Android seems like a heavy, burdened child, unsure of its next steps in the world. So many silly phones use Android, with each one being a cheap imitation of the previous version. Samsung now wishes this one very important attribute did not include their new often cloddy phones and tablets. iPhone sets the bar and raises it each time a new one is released.     I had to move from the states for health reasons. I Forgot my Apple ID password in November. Travelled to two countries in Europe to reset password . Both times at the Apple Store, they simply told me it can’t ever be fixed! I’m not even able to delete all and reset! No subscription services I have can Renewed, every minute, I get notification for entering my password continuously. Apple is a Joke that without the ID password, it works as a $50 phone. Shame on this monopoly company! My phone number has changed due to being away from the states more than 6 months:( so Now I gotta throw out 3 Apple devices ???!!!😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

    I’m just trying my luck with this and it doesn’t look too great for the job so I’ll try and make some more changes later this evening or evening or tomorrow night to make things work better
