    You need to change this to where apps that are free can be downloaded without having to have a payment method plz I’ll rate to 5 stars when this happens until then I will no long use apple play

    I didnt think you guys needed all my information to download a simple all. I swear Im seriously considering changing to samsung cause this is terrible. My friend and I both cant download apps without adding a payment method. Especially.. were broke!! Do we need to have money in it all the time or what? Were college students and you guys are asking for a payment method. We added our info now but we cant download apps still and rejects it. We need certain apps for our classes too. Plus! Why cant i cancel my icloud plan. IN THIS ECONOMY YALL TRYING TO BE GREEDY?

    I bought an Apple Gift Card a few hours ago to be delivered by email. The order is still processing meanwhile Apple announce a delivery within the hour. The gift might be delivered in time to buy films and series on sale right now on their Apple TV store (formerly iTunes). Unacceptable… as usual.

    S purchased I drove from Hendersonville North Carolina to Greenville SC twice and all they could do is erase all my contacts pand photos for a restart. Nobody knows how do or wants to mess with my issues or don’t care because it’s never worked since I have purchased the 13 hundred dollars phone and paid 300.00 to pay off the old phone I wanted the best possible phone I just bought anew iPad out of frustration because my my phone will not work please help me . I’m a disabled Veteran help help hasn’t worked correctly. Thank you for your support. Jimmy Mckee
