I can’t do my homework because the new honor code update accuses you of taking an exam. By doing this it robs customers of their money because they can’t ask questions freely. My class does not do online exams at ALL but somehow chegg is accusing me of so. This is beyond frustrating paying for a membership that I can’t even use bc it stops you from being able to use the app for 24 hours

This app is riddled with bugs. I have been trying to access quest for at least 7days now. But it tells me to change device and relog in. I have done this process like 22 times already and it’s not an exaggeration. Their IT team is not helpful as well. I have been going back and forth with them in this issue for about 6days now and they keep on circumlocuting as if they don’t understand what the problem is. Quite frustrating! I’d be careful before I waste my money next time. You do same too

Chegg use to be my go to 10 years ago. They use to use real professionals and it helped me in college. I recently went back for a quick help and I get an AI response. Wrong too by the way. Such a shame what they became. You can get ai help for free. If that’s what I wanted I would’ve went to ChatGPT.

In the past month or so whenever I submit something for an “expert” to answer I just get a literal CahtGPT response. I run it through AI checkers and they will all say it is 97-99% AI. Why waste your money if you’re just going to be getting the same AI slop that you could get for free elsewhere.

Will look up question and suggested ones that have been answered will just show a task bar that it’s been answered but no response same with the limited question you get per month, will get the email that it’s been answered but no answer will be shown at all

I don’t know how this is so highly rated. Their app is absolutely not user friendly and way easier to use their website.
