    You can only take a certain amount of questions before Chegg suspends your account. I’ve had soooo many troubles due to this it’s not even funny. I paid for these services, I shouldn’t be suspended for using them

  • Worst App Ever, Not Exaggerating

    Had the previous version of this app, which I invested countless hours making important flash cards. I honestly had hundreds of flash cards. When the app got updated, about a year ago, it removed all of my work without notice, explanation, or apology. And now, they make it extremely complicated to delete or deactivate your account. This is a criminal company, IMO.

    Save your money. Such an annoying and inconvenient app. Will suspend you at any normal activity WAY too many restrictions. Half of the times the “experts” give you wrong answers (especially if you’re in stem). Does not allow other devices for the same account. I had to subscribe to so many different accounts just for it to do its job. There are other apps/websites you can use that does a better job than Chegg (such as course hero) and significantly less restrictions. Also I heard that chegg is being bought out by universities to expose people who are using their platforms and “cheating”. If I could give them 0 or even negative stars I would.

    I graduated in the spring. I’ve cancelled my Chegg subscription multiple times, they just say it’s cancelled and then continue charging me. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM. Just use chatgpt for free like everyone else. I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my bank because there’s no other way to stop this company for stealing from me every month. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

    Limited to 15 flashcards in a set, and the format was very irritating to navigate (especially in that you have to open a new menu from the main menu just to access flashcard sets).

    Honestly, there’s no use in paying for chegg when there are alternate ways to get homework help for free. Don’t waste money Go with Chat GPT.

    I liked it a lot better before the update because I liked to see the question with all the possible answers and then being able to choose the best answer. However it’s a good tool.
