  • Worst app ever for any sport

    Can’t watch a game live or rewatch a game because you’re constantly kicked out every eight minutes and having to re-sign in and restore purchase. Then trying to get a hold of somebody to help you is impossible because there isn’t. Their agents are only available on game days. Don’t waste your time. Just watch the replays on YouTube If this is the reason you have the app. The NFL SundayTicket gives you all this. Boycott this app.

    The app itself works great: standings, schedules, where you can watch each game, articles, all great stuff. The ads are there and unobtrusive. I have all alerts turned off except game start and final scores for two teams. I have gotten around 5 alerts today for Thursday Night Football, which this week has neither of my teams playing in it. Please fix this. I get enough notifications as is, and if this is not fixed I will just uninstall the app.

    What’s the point of this app if I can’t watch all the shows on NFL network if they’re on prime or some other stupid streaming app?

    When im at work and have to have one air bud in the sound of the game is sooo minimal, for nfl, sound is everything and this app is lacking in that department

    Their streaming breaks down during Sunday games and their customer service is non existent so you won’t get a refund.

    Great idea - but nothing works. Apple TV, Amazon, IPhone, nothing. Paid a preseason subscription price. Option to cancel my preseason purchase. No option for customer service/support.

    Do not pay for NFL+ it is a total rip! It says you can watch all the games with the app, but only on your phone or tablet. Like I want to watch a 3 hour game on my phone.. the idea was to login on my laptop and watch on my TV. Nope! Not allowed for some reason, watch on your phone. Nope

    Every Week 1, the NFL Mobile app has the same issues. It crashes, it doesn’t work, no refunds are ever made. They know how many users they have, why can’t they scale their app to work?
