    The e edition is hard to navigate kicks back to pages you have read. It is a pain to navigate.

    The user interface for the Ocala Star Banner is a terrible experience for me every day. The double solid blue arrows that block content on the left & right sides of my iphone result in a very slim viewing area. In addition I would like to simply swipe left or right to make sure I have seen every page. When I view the Gainesville Sun I do not have these problems. I have called multiple times about this issue with the user interface including today when I was told to update my apple iphone App which I did. It did not change the interface. I need someone to explain why the Ocala App can't be compared to the Gainesville by the IT department. I have vision & hand issues and need assistance with this problem. I pay for my subscriptions.

    Being a novice IT I find it difficult not only to locate comics and enlarge them, but locating crossword and printing the same. The A.I. responsible for this change needs reprogramming!

    Enewspaper does not work on my ipad. Very unstable and jumps around from page to page with no input. It is impossible to scale and stay on one article. Maybe it works on a desktop or laptop.

    This new newspaper app is more about pop up ads and less on users reading the paper. Very disappoint and will probably cancel subscription

    I’m new to the area and use the Star Banner for local news and updates on things to do. I especially like the restaurant health department reports - very helpful before trying a new eatery. It’s not comprehensive but a good daily read.

    The app updated and now I can’t print my puzzles. If this doesn’t change I will discontinue the paper

    Problems galore. Access is sporadically given. This is a moody app. I paid for a daily newspaper, not one that occasionally shows up in the app.
