The convenience to fax and take care business anywhere I am in the world is a professional approach in my book.

This made me sign up for a “free” trial that I couldn’t cancel and couldn’t even get into the app. Used in browser service.

I tried once and it worked, I want to try again , it already charged me and I can’t login. Never received the email to reset password or any email.

Downloaded app and signed up. Got charged right away but cannot finish setting up my login.

I paid in advance for an annual eFax subscription, but the company later closed my account without giving me proper advance notice. As a result, I lost access to the service and to important documents stored in the account. The explanation I received was that the account was closed because I disputed separate charges through my credit card company. Regardless of the reason, canceling a fully prepaid annual service without warning and blocking access to stored documents is unacceptable. The company also claimed that a prorated refund was being processed, but I was not properly informed and no refund was actually received. Customer service did not resolve the issue. I would not recommend relying on this service for important business documents.

Slow to populate. Doesn’t show all fax pages sent recently

Received blank documents instead of real faxes.

Can’t login with the same username and password as on website

Faxes don’t load, app runs slow
