    This is the worst app of all 60+ apps I use. It is never working, no matter whether day or night, outdoors, indoors, on wi-fi or cellular, or sitting directly next to my modem/router. All I get is “We’ve hit a snag.” I need this app to work consistently, so I can use it every single day. Would not recommend unless it is completely fixed / usable on a daily basis in the VERY near future.

    Crazy that you can’t use your card for capital one entertainment, what a rug pull after you get a card. You have to use rewards.

    Payments slow to post to account and some never show up in history. This has mainly been a problem with auto loan.

    Every time you open it, they’re pitching something to sell you on. Why do I have to keep telling it I’m not interested in buying a car!!? A big giant ad that you have to dismiss to see your account. Just offering endless ways to get into debt. Thanks Capital One! 😃

    I have had cap 1 for decades. They are helpful and their apps are easy to use. I can’t praise them enough, especially compared to other cards I have used. I recommend them to everyone.
  • Mobile deposits

    It was working for 1 month on my iPhone. Now after I take a picture of front and back, either auto or manual, it won’t let me go farther to input the amount and make the deposit.
  • Dark Mode please! My eyes, they 🔥

    I can access what I need to, but man does this app need a dark mode! It’s 2024, nearly every app I use has dark mode. I check my finances first thing in the morning while it’s still dark and then I open this app and burn my eyes out. Please add dark mode. Thanks
  • Constantly locked out and have to change password

    The app and website are trash. Cannot login without having to change your password each time. Doesn’t matter if you’re currently logged in. No help in the FAQ or contact us. Annoying to constantly have to keep changing your password. Even tried to change my username to see if that fixes it, nope. “Looks like we hit a snag”

  • Can never log in

    They make actually logging into your account such a pain in the butt you can’t get in to make your payments. Took me 5 months to get back into my account and had to just pay off my card to stop having it negatively affect my credit.
