  • Not Having hierarchy chart

Rating 1/5 I'm a huge fan of Keynote and rely on it for both personal and business presentations. Its intuitive interface, stunning templates, and seamless integration with other Apple tools make it an exceptional choice. However, I'm disappointed that Keynote still lacks a built-in hierarchy chart feature. As someone who frequently creates organizational charts and process flows, I find myself resorting to cumbersome workarounds or alternative apps. Despite this limitation, Keynote remains my go-to presentation software. Its strengths far outweigh this single weakness: - Beautiful templates and design options - Easy-to-use interface - Seamless collaboration - Excellent multimedia support To take Keynote to the next level, I'd love to see: - Built-in hierarchy chart tool - Enhanced diagramming capabilities - Improved Smart Drawing features Apple, please consider adding this essential feature to make Keynote a truly comprehensive presentation solution!

Since the time that I upgraded from PowerPoint to Keynote, Apple has managed to make Keynote even more powerful than PowerPoint where Microsoft stagnates, Apple innovates. You really cannot go wrong replacing PowerPoint with Keynote.

I utilize this to make thumbnails. It is effective and easy to use, but definitely limiting in some areas (esp. fonts, background removal). I would give this 5 stars if just some inclusion of some additional tools that would take it from an ok thumbnail maker, to a great one.

The Sharing option allows me work on a Keynote file on both Macs and iPad. Very useful for integrating written material with more formal slides. Handles all formas of media and allows rapid creation of animations. For scientific presentations the integrated LaTeX works really well. - Would be great if you added a common header for all LaTeX fields in a given file Would be good if you added a master format file that dynamnically determined the format of all talks that depend on it. Keeping the format of a long lecture series consistent is challenging since after 300 slides or so the Keynote file has to be broken up. Would also be great if Keynote presentations could drive more than one screen

I have used Keynote since 2007, and it remains my go-to for all presentations. Ease of use, rebustness, flexibility, and dynamism remain hallmarks even as the application continues to evolve and update.
