It’s regrettable I feel the need to warn other creators but before you do like me and entrench your work flow in a shaky program like this app, know this has been a myriad of problems progressively getting worse as they add unnecessary AI features. Things don’t export, load properly, customer service is scant and almost impossible to get a human to respond. I have already started too many projects to switch to another problem in this season of my work but damn do I wish I looked for something else or just used Adobe software. Kind of drag. 3 stars for functionality but I’d say 2 for satisfaction overall and price to value and when there are problems boy do they screw you up and offer little help. All the problem solving I’ve have to do myself as they can’t seemingly respond timely or helpful. I’d suggest finding something else to do stop motion or any in depth video editing.

used to love Splice, the UI is quite nice. but they took away the ability to export ANYTHING FOR FREE without ANY SORT OF HEADS UP. i am actively editing projects and can only export with an expensive subscription!! wtf!!! NO notification to users about this

I have no active subscription in my Apple account and this app has still billed my Apple account 10+$ a week. I had to call Apple support to get this resolved. Splice has zero customer support. Avoid at all cost.

So I like how u can just free edit but I don’t like how adding music is for ppl who buy the pro thing like what is the point im sorry I like this app but don’t like it plz fix it so ppl who don’t have that pro thing can use music or cuts thx for ur help in my editing
