While there are some great things about this app, since its inception, the pizza tracker has been a mess. Super hard to locate, and when you do locate it, the info is not current. The old version used to have a driver location map that was extremely useful for me, but it seems like that is missing now. The worst part now is that the notification is stuck on my Lock Screen AND island at the top, and there is no way to remove it, clear it, dismiss it. I guess my phone will forever be branded by dominoes unless I uninstall completely.

I’m trying to place an order. I enter the address and it won’t move forward because it gives an error for a missing suite or apartment number. I don’t have a suite or apartment number. It says “Expected string, received null”. I previously was never able to order from my closest store, but the app would work fine for the next closest store. Continued frustration with what used to be my preferred chain pizza company.

I want to order pizza. That’s all. There is no need to show me pictures of children receiving chemotherapy for leukemia every single time I order food… I get it. WHY IS THE APP 300MB???

The app does not work properly. You try to order something it doesn’t say continue you or nothing. It’s just very very confusing.

The app is plagued with glitches and issues, but by far the worst comes if your device/account is randomly flagged. Suddenly, every time you order, itll charge you for the order, then tell you to call the store for assistance, making you reorder. Over the last couple of months when occasionally trying and hoping the app would work, theyve stolen a few hundred dollars from me. Why the hell would you program the app to function like this?

I order from Dominos fairly often and it’s usually a seamless experience. Love the tracker and the deals are hard to pass up for pizza that competes with more expensive chains. One recent issue I’ve experienced with the app, however, is it kicks out my request for square cut and well done, which is how I’ve been ordering my pizza pretty much exclusively for a long time. Once could be me; twice, I can be absent minded sometimes; three times, that’s suspicious, and tonight four times when I know I made sure I clicked those two options, and it doesn’t even show up on my order. I wish there were a method to look up my previous order. I can track the order I picked up, but where is the detailed list of orders I’ve made?

So on this app u can customize everything except the garlic butter on the bread bowl! So when I order I have to call the store ad let them know that I don’t want garlic butter on the bread bowl and half the time the instructions get lost or forgotten and I end up waiting 20 mins for the bread bowl while the rest of my food just sits there

The app always tells me that delivery is not available in my area when I know that it is. It’s been this way for years and it’s still not fixed.

App keeps crashing when I try to order anything, at least Pizza Hut works

Grenada ms dominos took my money and didn’t give it back to my card they said it didn’t go through but my bank did and they left with my foo never eat there ever in Grenada Mississippi!!!
