Love it

Ok

Great camera app, disappointing direction I like FiLMiC Pro. It works great, and I appreciate the control it gives me over my filming. That’s what makes its current direction so disappointing. From my experience, there have been few significant improvements, and customer support is lacking. FiLMiC Pro was once a leader in mobile filmmaking. Now, as competitors introduce new ideas and upgrades, it doesn’t even seem to be keeping pace. I canceled my subscription because I don’t see the continued investment in development and support that I expect from a subscription app. I’d happily subscribe again if meaningful improvements and better customer support became priorities. If they get back in the game, I’ll be back.

La mejor cámara que puedas tener

I used to love this app, but two things have made it unusable. 1) I can’t hear the audio playback in my phone with any kind of external mic because the app volume output is so soooo low with external mic input. This isn’t a huge deal for editing later on my computer because I can just raise the gain but when I’m out and I need to review takes, own my phone, I need to hear the audio, and I can’t. 2) this was the final deal breaker, but when I plug in my rhode micro, the app laaaagggggs like crazy. Not even using 4k. I’m on an iPhone 16 pro so I don’t think it’s the phone. I hope they make changes, because I want to like this app again, but right now I can’t use it.

This app was demoed with the iPhone 11 Pro launch and I paid $15 for it based on a promise to add the features shown in that video (recording all camera in raw formats simultaneously). Those features were never added and now they want me to pay for a subscription to get the limited features they do have. Scam artists at best!

Quality of footage and stabilization exceeds Blackmagic cam app

This was the best of the best and now because of greed it is no longer recommended.

Paid for this early on, now they want me to subscribe. No thanks.
