When getting a new phone it makes it impossible to regain your purchase. This has been an issue for years and happens every time I get a new phone and customer service does not respond w resolutions requiring customers to either pay again or give up.

I bought “lifetime” access to Jesus Calling many years ago. Now, I get kicked out of my content with periodic app changes. I send multiple emails and have yet to get a response. I regret having ever spent money on this app and would advise against anyone else purchasing anything in it. The customer service is non-existent if you have any issues.

This is my path every day and it gives me clarity and focus first thing every morning! ✌️

This app used to be free so why do I have to pay now to see more than a preview?! Never seeing me again!

I love this book, but why did it become a monthly subscription for those of us who already had purchased the app? Seems a bit unfair to me.

I paid for this app several years ago (around $10) to OWN it - like I own the book. Now they want me to pay $36 annually for what I already paid for. That’s unfortunate.
