  • HORRIBLE!

I have been a Post subscriber for 13yrs. I am forced to read it on my iPhone for several years now because home delivery of the hard copy to my residence in Jupiter was awful. This latest update to the app is so frustrating that I am VERY close to ending my subscription. Constant pop-up ads, screens going blank, pinching in/out to be able to read sends you elsewhere; it doesn’t remember where you left off if you leave for awhile. When you come back you are back to Pg 1! Arrgh! PLEASE GO BACK TO THE PRIOR VERSION OF THIS APP!

The Palm Beach Post has stopped withdrawing the monthly fee from my Bank of America autopay account and has blocked access to the online paper. All automatic payments to other companies are working smoothly. What’s going on?

I am signed in on my IPad, but remain unable to view articles that indicate for subscriber only. Why????
  • Navigation is Painful

If you read articles in articles mode, switching to the next article is much more clumsy and slow than the old app, which I I’ll continue to use
  • Democrat Bias

I find the Palm Beach Post is politically biased toward the Democratic Party. The wording of the articles often adds editorial comments highlighting their opinions rather than just giving the news factually. I would love a newspaper that provides classic journalism news reporting. For this reason, I will not renew my subscription.

What is going on with this app! Six times in the last year I’ve had to change my password for the app as it’s telling me I’ve entered the wrong information, but it’s saved info and I could access through the web, or on my phone, but not my iPad. And now, again, the same thing. I can access through the app only on my phone, no issue with passwords or email. Both devices are up to date. Also, it doesn’t save my choices, each time I did open the app I was asked about which issue I wanted, if I wanted it downloaded, how many I wanted… just annoying. And, when this “lockout” occurs, it wants me to download the app…WHICH I ALREADY HAVE! Updating after receiving developer response: STILL HORRIBLE! No changes or improvements, in fact it’s worse. Pop up ads even with a paid subscription, tells me my password is still wrong, makes me do the bot test and then tells me my password is incorrect, asks me which version to download… etc. This app must have been constructed by school children as a project they ultimately received a D for.

I recently subscribed to the digital edition of this newspaper and am happy that I did. In comparison to other newspapers I have read the Post provides of the most thorough, organized, interesting and easiest to navigate through newspaper than any other news source I hav experienced. I plan on renewing my subscription. The format is great!

Hate this new format for enewspaper. Not like reading the “paper” at all. Frances Wojyn Print and digital subscriber for 25 years
  • Old App much better

The old all was much easier to read on my iPhone. The new app has shrunk the size of the paper. I don’t like the op up ads. It’s now difficult to pull up USA Today. The header and footer cuts off the top and bottom of the page. Do I have the option of reinstalling the old app? Please!!!!
