  • The new app

I continue to wonder if anyone tested this app before it was released. The type is to small, the blue arrows are to large but the worst thing is when you touch an article and it shuts down or goes to another page. It can be a very frustrating experience reading the newspaper.
  • Pop up Ads in middle of news

Nothing is more annoying than an ad showing up in the middle of an article you are reading for a PAId subscription. Awful!

I have ongoing problems in navigating the pages of the paper. The app freezes frequently when I try to go from one page to the other. It also knocks me out of the paper while reading it and I have to start over. The previous app format was better.

It appears you’ve upgraded your app. There seems to be a lot of bugs. For instance, you can’t fill the screen by just touching fit you have to actually physically make it bigger with your fingers it also it reverts back to side-by-side pages instead of full page. Also having issues with getting next day’s edition as of today 12/21 still brining up Mondays paper
  • Screen freezes up constantly.

Why try to improve something that already works To This version not only runs at a snails pace, taking much more time to load, but is more difficult to navigate.

  • Who changed this app?

What on earth did the developers do? I couldn’t log in, had to call service, reinstall this, and it takes several more steps to get to different papers. It’s very touchy. You can’t read the paper without it zooming in and out or disappearing altogether. There is an ad that you x out and it keeps coming back. PLEASE FIX THIS! This is unacceptable and as I see everyone else feels the same way. Thank you for your response. The glitches are gone but WHO did this update? Please test it out. It now takes several steps to get to the different papers and then it will glitch and you have to start over. Please test it out. It was perfect the way it originally was a month or so ago. Why did you update it to the worse. Someone programmed this and did not test it out. Waiting for your response. Thank you.
  • New app not user friendly!

This new version of the Palm Beach post app is just awful! It’s not user friendly as as the previous blue app which doesn’t create the same enjoyable “reading the paper in the morning with a cup of coffee” experience as before. I used to be able to download the paper first thing in the morning just in case of a frequent fickle internet glitch by clicking on “download” and know it was downloaded . Now, even though the paper is supposed to download when the app is opened I don’t believe it is because when I’m offline, I’m only able to read the first few pages. Where’s the rest of it? The previous blue icon app saved my preferences so I could read it in the same format and font size I preferred without having to do that every day. Also, with the previous app I could click on Pages and go directly to that page. Now, it doesn’t. Maybe it’s just me not being able to enjoy reading the paper without frustration, even so, it should be an indicator of your app not being user friendly. The previous app wasn’t broken, didn’t need fixing but this new one sure does!
  • Very hard to read on line

Due to your recent changes to your e paper it has become very non user friendly. Tried to contact customer service many times and their response was it has changed to the new format and I have to get use to it.
