    The app constantly needs to be refreshed because it will not load and almost every time it’s opened on the tv it logs me out and requires me to log back in. Constantly telling me it’s not available in my area (it is). Tells me I need to subscribe to watch shows. (I’m a yearly subscriber) Glitchy and over all just so disappointing especially because it’s paid. Even the website on a Mac is terrible constantly needing a refresh and logging out. Please fix the issues. This app is terrible and I can’t see myself renewing next year. Don’t waste your money.
  • Out of region?!?

    Keeps kicking me off on phone and Apple TV saying isn’t available in my region. In in Michigan in the US… it’s just getting really annoying to delete and re-download constantly 😑😑😑
  • Poor performance on Fire TV

    I really want to love the Hallmark+ app because the content itself is wonderful, but the app performance on Fire TV is extremely frustrating. On my Fire TV, it often takes 2–3 minutes for the picture to load, even though the audio starts playing right away. Navigating the app is slow, and images take an unusually long time to appear, making it difficult to browse or watch shows smoothly. What’s especially confusing is that this issue does not happen on my Apple iPad — the app works perfectly there, which suggests this is a Fire TV optimization or stability problem rather than an internet issue. Please consider prioritizing performance improvements and stability fixes for Fire TV users. The content is great, but the current experience makes it really hard to enjoy and is honestly very frustrating. I hope this gets addressed soon.

    Super glitchy. Poor navigation. Keeps erroring out saying that I’m not in the US, when I most definitely am. Won’t be continuing to subscribe past the free trial.
  • Giant mess

    I use this app literally every night of the holiday season and it is of the lowest quality you can imagine from a large company like hallmark. Having all of this beloved content on this app that seems to have been built by 3 raccoons in a trench coat is like holding the hallmark cruise on the titanic. I have never once started a show on the app in my first try and almost always need to reboot my apple tv completely to make it work. Every other app works perfectly with no issue. I’ll continue watching all the hallmark content as I have for many years and I’ll just hope my subscription money goes to outsourcing a new app build before next Christmas. 🎅🏽 🎄

    I love the hallmark channel so I thought I would love hallmark plus. I was wrong. When it works it’s great. Since the first week of December the app will no longer work on my tv. If I want to watch I can stream from my phone, sometimes. Other times it will say there is an error and you can go online to watch movies. Not worth the hassle

    This app is horrible. It constantly logs you in and out on the television and phone . Constantly having to re-sign in and then you sign in and it says you don’t have access to the movie so then you just sign out and sign back in, it’s absolutely horrible.
  • Dos not work regularly

    Please fix this app has a potential to be great however does not load all the time. Sometimes it says this app is not supported in this country and when I can get it to load, I just get a spinning circle.
