    The content itself is relatively bland escapism, non-violent safe stuff with a heavy bias towards romanticized, homogenized, unrealistic, extremely financially comfortable jet set upper middle class representation- emotional macaroni & cheese. But this app and service is one of the worst apps in the entire App Store, so I'm caught in the middle of that when giving stars for this review. In its current state, I can't rewind. Not a little bit using the button, and I can't scrub backwards either Using the slider at the bottom. And that's a big problem because the content tends to put me Into drowzyland, and I miss bits. There's also severe "known issues". And one that I've been about for a very very long time: T-Mobile does not recognize this streaming service, and Hallmark refuses to give us way to throttle data speed down from the only option Blu-ray quality, so it quickly spikes up your data consumption. But that's OK- the target audience is older women, whose needs clearly don't matter to Hallmark. We're also hammer and tongs forced into their retail cards & etc. environment now as a requirement for service, as a so-called "perk" for the significant monthly service fee price jump imposed on us last fall, and ever since, the streaming service also now refuses Canadian snowbird credit cards too, forcing us to buy US iTunes cards and pay through Apple instead of directly.

    I canceled this app a few years ago because I closes when I want to multitask. I just signed up again because I want to watch Good Witch and years later you still haven’t updated the app for picture to picture? Do you read these reviews because people have been asking for this forever! It’s 2025 Hallmark, get with it! The people want to multitask while listening to your movies and series!

    These movies are depressing! Nothing at all like the Hallmark Channel. Old movies that are terrible with a couple of ok ones thrown in here and there. Save your money. I don’t write 1 star reviews ever but this app earned it. Smh

    I love watching movies on the app on my iPad but all of sudden the screen is black and I only hear sound.

    I would have given this a 4 or 5 star rating. Recently they have promo ads. I only watch Hallmark type movie’s and Don’t need to be brainwashed. I am paying for The streaming service and Will cancel and I back to watching through Verizon hallmark’s Chanels. Sorry you aren’t profitable enough without the extra plugs.
  • Can’t finish episode

    I was watching when calls the heart and the episode switches to the new episode before the episode finishes. It would be nice to finish the episode before the next one started.
  • Why put ‘commercials’ between shows?

    One of my favorite apps to watch to relax. Then the other day there’s app commercials between shows that are loud and kill the vibe. So sad 🥲 I hope it’s temporary because it’s not joyful.

    After switching from purchasing Hallmark from Prime, to Apple. I am disappointed in the Apple version of App. Fast forward restarts movie from beginning. When you forward movie will not restart without leaving, then resuming. I tried removing and reloading..
  • Love it but - need a “remove from continue watching” option

    I am so glad that a Hallmark has this app. We no longer have cable or dish anymore and use everything streaming now. And I use it pretty much daily. I love it however, I wish there was an option to be able to take things off of your continue watching list. Most of the other apps I use have this option. Please add this option to the app?!?! I would give this app if I saw if it had this option added.

    I hate to complain, every month when my subscription renews it kicks me out and I have to re-login. The loading time for everything is 1-5 minutes and my WiFi is high speed. I love all the movies but this app has been bad since I signed up. Maybe some new updates would fix it? It tells me to subscribe, which I have auto pay. I have to delete the app and redownload it every month.
