  • Worst streaming app in world

    The shows are great, but the app is the worst streaming app I have ever used. It is almost impossible to get rid of “previously viewed” shows..We started a series and it was really bad, cant get rid of it. Cant fast forward the app can only mover forward or back for 10 seconds per click. The app continuously crashes and we have to log back in. Like I said the absolute worst streaming app in the world. Wished I did not pay for a year! Total waste of money and time. Shame on Hallmark for this awful app.

    I love all the family friendly movies on this app but it’s a challenge playing things. For 1- when i pause a movie it doesn’t show what movie it is like other apps do. 2- they have a lot of series movies sometimes more than 10 but it’s really hard to figure out the order. I always have to google them and save a list on my phone. If I finish a movie that is part of a series, it never plays the next one, it plays some random movie in that series. And guess what? It doesn’t even show what it’s playing. There’s no way to know unless I stop the movie and go to my watch history. It’s disappointing because this is a paid app and there are free apps that work so much better. PLEASSSSEEE improve it found more issues. when clicking on a movie from my history it immediately plays when all I want to do is add it to my list to watch later. once it starts playing it’s impossible to leave. the 2 tiny arrows in the bottom right corner require 10+ taps to work or it skips to the end of the movie (on my ipad). i love the movies but the app is a total pain. i also don’t see why the movies don’t have a rating option or even a heart. some movies I like and wish to rewatch would be great if I can see my rating for them.

    So many times of frustration. The app needs improvement. If there’s a movie playing, can’t interrupt for more information. The search icon, doesn’t always let me search. It says I have no subscription, but I do and I surely pay each month. Please fix this, you have a good product.

    I haven’t had any problems with this app yet and I’ve used it several times to watch full movies while away from my TV. I would 100% recommend getting HM+ if you love the movies. It’s so convenient to watch whatever you want instead of waiting to record it.

    I downloaded the $7.99 plan but my daughter didn’t get on her phone? It says up to two screen? I did she not get on her phone?

    I won’t renew the membership if the app doesn’t improve. It is horrible. The search doesn’t work well. The app closes suddenly. Half the time it locks up when trying to cast to TV.
  • Slowest App I’ve Ever Used

    This app is seriously so slow. It takes forever to open and then when it finally does the amount of time it takes to just scroll is ridiculous. It has crashed multiple times and don’t even think about rewinding to fast forwarding because then you’re just stuck waiting for it to load or you’ll have to start the whole movie over again. The TV app is no better. I love Hallmark and this is the only way I’m able to watch it. It’s been like this ever since I created an account 3 years ago.

    Worst app ever! App is super glitchy. Crashes all the time, acts like I’m not an active member, forces me to re-sign in,, takes a long time to load. I could go on… It’s extremely frustrating. Other than issues with the app, I love the content. All my favorite movies are there!
