I always try to use the app before I place the order but every time I try to check out using my debit card or Apple Pay it says an error occurred. EVERYTIME. I try to use the app for points and easier order placing but I have so much trouble with it. I hope they get this fixed.

Normally love using the app to order ahead but ever since I got my new card I’ve been unable to place an order. It appears to not recognize any expiration dates from 2030 as valid. Please fix so I can continue using the app :/ Update: Has been a month since I left a review and sent an email about this issue. I’ll admit I’m not an IT person but this seems like a relatively simple issue, why has it not been fixed yet? It will not accept any cards that expire in 2030. This prevents people from ordering and will only continue to impact more customers as the year goes on, one would think fixing this particular issue would be a priority? 5/18/25: I checked out the version history and it looks like this app has not been update in at least a year, is any maintenance at all even being done?

Won't let me place my tea pass order.

Doesn’t even give the option to change your email, I called there help line and during there hours and was sent to voicemail and now I can’t access my account and lost my points this is by far the worst food app I’ve ever downloaded if it was fixed and they actually knew how to answer a phone it would be no problem with it but until then I’m done giving a company that doesn’t help there customers anymore business.

I just created an account and the app keeps saying my email or password is incorrect. sent an email to reset, reset password did not work because i need to use a new and unused password…THE PASSWORD WAS NEW. I cannot even redeem my points now

Garbage app. I only downloaded for the t-mobile Tuesdays bonus and it does not even work, so i went to go delete my account and it literally does not let you. There is an option that says “delete my account” and it just takes you to their contact me page on the website where deleting your account is not even an option. Why have an app if you are going to link to the website no matter what someone tries to do?

I can login fine on the website, but the mobile app won’t accept my login. My only guess is my email has a hyphen in it, which is causing issues on their app. Seems like an amateur mistake in development.

Set here for 30 mins won’t let my select my location near me? App worked fine 2 years ago now doesn’t work
