When your app is open, you can use the volume slider within the app. When the app is in the background, use the device volume to set your volume. • Make sure your battery is charged and have your notifications turned on before you go to sleep, when the battery level goes below 30% it might not sound. This is due to prevent the device from dying and the alarm not going off. • Keep your Apple Music available on your device The music you can select consists of everything you have available on your ‘Apple Music' app on your device. If the music is saved on your iCloud, and not on the device itself, it won’t be available. NEVER MISS AN ALARM When you close the app and do not have it running in the background, the alarm will use the device volume instead and play the notification sound system. The app will close itself automatically after 10 hours of inactivity. This is due to prevent the device from dying and the alarm not going off. When your device is muted, set to ‘Do Not Disturb’, or your device volume is set to 0, the alarm won’t play properly. It will still show the notification without any sound. This is due to Apple’s restrictions as we are unable to access the app settings when the app is closed, only when it’s open or running in the background.   • Ads are incessant

    Finally had to just delete this ap. I would get a page to subscribe that simply would block any progress toward actually setting an alarm. It would not go away, no way to close it. And the ad frequency makes it virtually unusable.

    Sometimes it works , sometimes it doesn’t, idk if its a software issue … luckily my body gets me up twice in the night as is being paranoid about being late for 0700 . IYKYK

  • Songs won’t work :-(

    This used to be my go-to alarm. It had been reliable until recently. But now it’s got some bug that prevents it accessing my Apple Music. No song available. Nada. zero.. I cannot choose *ANY* song. It gives an error message saying Apple Music is not available. That is 100% not true. Developer please fix this ASAP or it’s unusable trash.

  • Random alarms

    Update: it has random alarms. One just went off at 9:44 pm. Have none set for that time pm or am. Maybe it’s a malfunction of the alarm I set for 7 pm. Couldn’t get to phone to turn it off. Eventually alarm stopped. Never did turn it off. Maybe instead of alarming again in 10 minutes, it waited 2 hours and 45 minutes…. So bizarre! Have used this app or some version of it for years.

    The features of this app are great but not sure how much longer I’m going to tolerate the apps. They have become annoying , it takes longer and longer before the little “x” appears that allows to turn them off. Looking at the built in apple clock alarm and it appears more and more enticing.

    I have my alarms set, and when it’s time for them to go off the app turns my phone down so then I never hear the alarm. I hsve checked my phone settings Nd have evrn recently upgraded to the newest version of my device. I pay the subscription for thus spp thinking it would help but no such luck, it still turns my volume down on its own. I even hsve to open the app before bed just so the app will attempt to have the alarms go off but they seldomly do. I used to love this app, but now it’s just stressful, because it has mDe me late and I have had to hop up out of bed and run like I’m being chased by a bear to get to where I have to go on time.

    Sometimes it works correctly but often it doesn’t like the snooze won’t even show up you open it and it just turns off and then you will only have a one time alarm and it will go off again even when it’s not turned on to do so. Please fix these glitches or I will have to use one that works properly.
