It crashes everytime you open it when you upgrade it. 19.99 down the drain!!! I canceled subscription and deleted the junk app!! I had it on my 16 pro max. Must not be IOS friendly. The free tier worked fine then I upgraded and it kept crashing everytime I tried to open app. 👎

Made a purchase then app crashes and won’t let me log in. Charged me 20 bucks for that? Had to go through the web and immediately cancelled my subscription as it’s too expensive anyway. Now I’m skeptical if my subscription really has been cancelled. Theft by algorithms? They make a killing while I go broke and that’s not good for my credit or mental health.

I have had this app for a long time , I did not know you can’t file a dispute unless I upgrade to pay for this option on the app , I have Experian and kredit Carma they let me file a dispute an was not charge do not have to pay for this option , which I believe is very unfair! It makes me want to uninstall this app !

I used credit sesame for a while and they offered me a sesame card, it was basically a secured credit card. I added 100 dollars to it one month after I had been using it for a few months with no issues. After I added the 100 dollars I went to make a purchase the next day and it was declined, my card was over the limit, someone had made purchases with my card without authorization online. Basically stole my information, probably from credit sesame servers due to lack of security or encryption. I tried to call and email and make a complaint but they make it difficult to get any help or get the money refunded, so much so that I said it’s not even worth my time to jump through all these hoops to get my 100 back. This app is garbage the seemed card is a scam please don’t download this app you will regret it at some point for sure

You guys keep charging people even when you already cancelled the subscription that’s the only bad thing anything else it’s straight but there’s way better apps for credit that don’t steal your money

I paid $19.99 membership and when I tried to login it crashed. Can I get a refund for it not working?

I have Credit Sesame+ and I find it to be absolutely reliable when it comes to my credit scores and reports. I really like the ID and credit protection monitoring alerts that I receive when my info is found on the dark web so that I can take actions and I especially appreciate the Credit Calendar so I know when each credit card will be reporting to the bureaus. The one option I’d like to see added under Credit Cards next to View Details and Save💚is My Card✅. By giving us the ability to inform Credit Sesame’s partners that we already have suggested cards, the partners can then offer other cards that they are hoping we’ll be interested in but there’s no sense in being offered an Amex Blue Cash Preferred or the Citi Strata if I already have one or both so simply tapping the ✅next to My Card would eliminate unnecessary repetitiveness. Overall, I think Credit Sesame+ is definitely worth the monthly fee for the upgrade and I highly recommend it.
