  • Mobile ordering could improve

    Not much point to ordering ahead and waiting 5-10 minutes when you get to the restaurant. (Yes my location access is fully on) The rest of the app experience is great. The developer responded and justified this approach stating they don’t start making orders until arriving at the restaurant to make food of the highest quality. Instead of justifying the approach to mobile orders that isn’t working for me and many other customers, tracking the customers location can allow the order to get started based on the expected arrival time. It makes no sense to order in advance and sit around waiting for as long as ordering in the store. Fix this issue and stop telling us it has to be this way, because it doesn’t.

    STOP printing my phone number on the sticky receipts that go on the drink order!!! It’s not on the food ticket, so why is it on the drink one for everyone to see?! Transactions via ApplePay in the app take far too long to clear/post. Two business days is ridiculous. Other apps don’t have this problem and even in-person transactions for different places post the next day. It’s almost 2025 and having to wait until Monday or possibly Tuesday for a transaction from Friday to fully post is ridiculous! Speed the backend funds settlement process for orders processed via the app! Latest version has an issue that when you go into Privacy Opt Out, it just takes you to placing an order. Lame!!! TEST YOUR APP PRIOR TO PUSHING UPDATES!!!!

    App glitches between 10-10:30am because you can’t order lunch from menu but you can’t submit order either because it’s through DoorDash and they aren’t accepting breakfast orders. It’s very frustrating. Please fix asap

    I need the option to start my order. I’m across the street, but it won’t start making my order until I get there? I’m all sweaty from working hard. I just want to go in and pick up my order and leave. Now I have to go in and wait for my order. I never know how close I have to be to get the order started, but parking my 18-wheeler across the street at my Walmart delivery isn’t close enough.
