    Bugs everywhere. Some bugs may be tied to the fact that I have limited contacts access and manage them through the app. But the phone app is hard to work with.

    LOVE The new invite templates and read directions before you add contacts ( all in 1 house hold ) only need 1 invite.

    I love the collection but every time I try to save or go back undo sometimes I get locked out of the whole thing causing me to start over again. I don’t think it should be this hard..

    The app is OK, makes nice looking invites— but it glitches! I was over charged $100 (and the invites are already pricy). There are several other glitches as well. I contacted them via email (only option) to be refunded. Which I received, but then they removed ALL the coins from my account— even the ones I had paid for. There are so many apps out there, choose another or be sure to check your receipts.

    I’ve used paperless post many times over the past 15 years — birthday parties, dinners, save-the-dates— and always thought it offered a beautiful product at a reasonable price with reliable quality. But I just used it for an event and I can’t say enough terrible things about the tracking. More than half of my guests never received the emails, which show as both sent and opened on my end. I mean never received — they’re not in inboxes or spam. They just vanished. This is true no matter whether they went to corporate accounts, gmail, yahoo, or iCloud. Just poof! gone. There’s no real use for an invitation platform that doesn’t actually deliver your invitations, and even less use for one that doesn’t deliver your invitations and then lies about it. I wish I hadn’t bought all the coins I needed for this event. I will not be using Paperless Post again.
