  • No improvement using iPad app

This is a terrible app, and I am close to closing my subscription. I complained about this a couple of months ago and there’s been no improvement. The app crashes freezes won’t allow you to sign in and generally is terrible. I have no problem with my Wall-street Journal app.

The screens bomb out thus needing to restart the app. 5 to 6 times per day. Pop up ads I don’t want and thought I wouldn’t get because I’m paying for the subscription. Front page article is usually something I’m not interested in and belongs on another page.
  • APP works well for me!

I have not received the newspaper two times this week. Today Sunday is an important paper for me. I would like a copy of the obituaries. I have bee a customer for over 0 years. I don’t think I should be treated the way. I would like to have the Sunday paper.
  • Love it

Nice being able to get the news via the APP!
  • Enewspaper clunky compared to news journal app

    By Mucky1duck
Does not fill page and when you click to see article it goes so large you only see half the article so you have to move up and down and sideways to see the article. My pet gripe is not being to easily print the Sudoku. You have to save as a pdf and then when you print its too small. The other app when you enlarged it their was an option to print and it was a good size when printed. Wish I could go back to the old app but looks you eliminated that option. Not Happy!

Delaware Online has come a long way since I was an enterprise reporter back in the day. I love it!
  • Accesabilty

My big problem is reading small fonts. Unlike other media apps I can’t increase font size.
  • The worst app I have ever used.

    By Heavy Ed
It is beyond my ability to understand why our first state and home of the president of the United States does not have any decent news coverage. No Tv or newspaper. The News Journal has a long history of poor reporting, terrible editing and terrible phone support. The price they charge for obituaries is outrageous and now you can’t even find them without going through a lot of gymnastics. Then when you find them you have to do a lot of screen manipulation to read them. I can’t wait to see how bad your next attempt at improvement will be.
