  • Good besides bugs

    Fix the bug on my phone that keeps popping the stat window up. I honestly have no idea how to get rid of this obnoxious black box that pops up every minute, but to just exit out the game I’m watching and restart it.

  • Recaps or condense games

    I try and see my condense game so I don’t have to waste three hours and I can’t see it Easley. This app doesn’t make seeing your games easy and I will be canceling after the Month I paid for is over. Not worth the money at all.

  • MLB Audio is disappointing

    I have been a fan of MLB Audio for a while and this year the experience has been noticeably worse. Specifically, the app cuts away to commercial at the end of innings before the inning ends- oftentimes the play is still occurring and a commercial will interrupt the play-by-play, so I end up finding out that the play was an out because of a commercial, not because I heard how it happened. I’m really disappointed that the app does this. It makes the experience inauthentic and as a listener I don’t get to hear how 1/3rd of the outs happen. Again, this is the first year that I have experienced this and I hope MLB can fix this.

  • Live Activities / Lock Screen Tracking doesn’t work

    App works fine. But the Live Activities function doesn’t work. The scores I want to track don’t appear on my Lock Screen.

    How has this gone from a five star product a couple years ago to a total mess one star now? The audio quality is worse, the fact they cut off the inning for national ads and the archive doesn’t work half the time. Pay more now for less quality product than you had even last year. Guess I am not surprised MLB app is going the same direction as everything else.

    I have had this app for YEARS to listen to Red Sox games as I live out of market. This season has been so frustrating. The app randomly stops broadcasting . Even whist connected to WiFi. And at the end of every half inning, it cuts off the last moments of recap, before break. Like when they update the score. Always with MLB ads. Obviously I paid $30 a year, I know when the Hall of Fame game and Induction are (I live an hour away from Cooperstown) I already have the app and I know mlb network exists. I am already a fan. If this keeps up all season, I will not be renewing my subscription NEXT YEAR. 😡

    The app works great for streaming games and getting news/videos on everything you could want. Unfortunately the notification settings won’t save for longer than half a day. I change the settings daily to follow the Reds news and scores, yet the the notifications are always resetting to follow the Dodgers, Yankees and Blue Jays. I never receive any Reds notifications. Really sad state of the app considering the amount I’ve paid for it.

    I can barely watch any games I paid you people money monthly to barely be able to watch a couple games the app is terrible and I will be telling everyone I know that the app is definitely not worth it
