  • Keeps telling me to update

    I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s still telling me I need to update. Horrible experience. Weeks later still the same issue. This app is broken. Don’t download it.

    Take the sound off the app or at least make it optional. The manu and the content are really old fashioned, not attractive at all.

    In general it’s a good app that does what it needs to do so no complaints on that front. But, it does really annoy me that whenever I open the app it pauses my music. It also reduces my music volume drastically when I submit an online order until I exit the app. Not a huge deal, I know, but over time it has started to annoy me. That’s all!

    App freezes and becomes unresponsive every time I use it. Completely unuseable!

    The app is convenient enough and you can accumulate rewards pretty quickly but good luck updating the app. You will be kicked off your profile every other month and Taco Bell will say to update the app when the App Store says there’s no update present. This app is broken and honestly it’s not worth the one free medium Baja Blast every two weeks to deal with the migraine of the UI, sign-in, and update system. I’d rather take my chances with the god-awful Taco Bell AI ordering system in-person. I really feel like Taco Bell just doesn’t wanna serve food anymore with how irritating all these customer service innovations are.

    The app is very easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. My only problem is sometimes your location will be out of something (this literally just happened) but you ordered on the app. So I won’t know untill I get to my location and the workers say they already checked it in so I can’t cancel my order. So i feel there should be a way on the app to know what your store is missing. Luckily my location said they found what I was wanting in the back so I wasn’t too upset but it’s still a problem in my eyes.

    can’t search locations without location permission. i literally zeroed in on the exact location of a taco bell and it still would not recognize the restaurant. on top of that, the app won’t even let me access the menu to even place an order. please fix

  • Can’t cancel and GPS issues

    Terrible app, no way to cancel, and the order is sent 200 miles away. Stores have no access to make modifications or cancellations. No reason to order on the app itself and just easier to avoid the Taco Bell brand all together. Garbage service and garbage food anyway.
