    Lags all the time and causes issues. Won’t allow me to track my order even after trying to log out and log back in or even restart my phone. App needs updated and worked on.

    There absolutely no way to pay for your order at the drive thru nor thru Apple Pay if you use this app. Those were my only options, but I guess they don’t want my money.

    No longer able to customize my fire tier reward. If I want to swap the protein and pay the extra cost it no longer allows it. Very annoying. Not everyone likes Taco Bell’s fake ground beef. Let us upgrade our rewards and pay the difference again like before. The promotion terms do not state that customizations are not allowed but the application gives an error if you try it. Fix this or include it in the coupon terms if that is not allowed.

    This app is terrible I payed twice and it took my money both times, this stupid app is terrible and I’m never going to use it again!!!

  • Deleting the app

    They have consistently gotten my order wrong. The last order I got was 3 chicken enchiladas but subbed the normal chicken for the slow roasted chicken. For some reason the gave me the new chicken burrito from the canteen menu. They get the order wrong 20% of the time and whenever I try to contact them through the app I always get a error that says “Application error: a client-side exception has occurred” whatever that even means. 20$ down the drain.

    Says invalid payment, Custer id doesn’t match when trying to buy. App is trash and useless now. Customer service doesn’t even care to help. Trash food anyways

    Every time I try to use the app or even online to order it doesn’t work. Will charge card then say payment not allowed.

    I understand they go through DoorDash. I ordered at around 8, with estimated delivery around 8:50. So 9:30 rolls around and nothing. Used track my order and it just spins. Guess I’ll make sure I want charged for something that never came and the app can’t even track.

  • App intentionally crashes when trying to resolve issue

    I went to my local store placed an order for pick up, i grabbed my bag, everything looked mostly right. I got home and I was given the wrong item for one of the meals. I think “No problem let me just notify customer service” nope the app literally starts the troop shooting process and once you start typing it crashes saying customer sided issue use in app browser but it doesn’t allow me to. I’m not upset at restaurant, rather the million dollar company that clearly doesn’t care enough to create a functioning app once they have your money
