  • Bad session management

    The app is bad in session management. Does not remember any previous information. Cannot even expect personalization. Everytime I open the app I need to relogin, go through the new user process by tell it what I like and then it will open with some random country as my default country. Every single time even if I have logged into my user account. I am glad it is at least remembering my purchased tickets. Who knows it might even forget that one day. Very dumb app.

    Bro. I’m so pressured at TM rn. I need a freakin refund for my stupid ticket BECAUSE I LITERALLY have to work the day of the concert due to a last minute schedule conflict. But the insurance I bought ain’t working. IDK WHAT TO DO. I’ve lost out on even more money because I got the insurance assuming it would ACTUALLY do something. Not to mention the wait time just to talk to a real human is ridiculous. I’m highly disappointed. Scam-master is what this should be called.

    i give tm a one star bcuz there website always crashes. they’ve let ppl steal tickets from others accounts. and they don’t know how to refund people. genuinely one of the worst sites to buy tickets from. such a shame that a billion dollar company doesn’t know how to work their own company. A SHAME!!!

    Setting aside how awful Ticketmaster is to artists, this app is a slap in the face to consumers. It regularly can’t handle something as simple as logging into an account. It’s frustrating enough having to buy tickets to shows through a company like Ticketmaster, but then to be forced to utilize an app that can’t function properly makes a consumer boycott seem like the only reasonable route. Give Ticketmaster as little of your hard-earned money as humanly possible.
