Nobody cares if a no name jazz band cancels their commitment to play the Trump Kennedy Center! USA Today is a garbage “news” outlet!

I agree with the negative reviews. An awful look. Can no longer use the upper corner to achieve an updated date- current day doesn't always load. Also the weather is much more difficult to use. All in all, give us back the old format. Would love to see a written format for informational videos. I read very fast and don't want to take the time to follow an information video. Sometimes, several days later a written version will be available, but it is not timely. Other than this, I really enjoy reading USA Today. It's my "go-to" for information.. Love the categories. It really gives a person an overview of many topics. ( I'm a Gleaner.)

When I want to use the app, I have to click on it, watch it try to load, close out of it, reopen, and then it will load. I’ve tried removing the app completely and reinstalling, I’ve tried other little tricks, but nothing works. This is what I have to do each time I want to click on the app and use it. It’s also frustrating that news stories stay in the app at the top for a long time. This is why I’m not a paid subscriber anymore. I was for several years, but the news stories stuck around, and new news stories didn’t come regularly.

Bought a subscription after reading online version for 25 years without one. Get less functionality now than when I didn’t have a subscription! Save your money!

One of the last great papers for investigative reporting. However, if you’re not a sports fan, you can’t turn off the sports feed.

I’ve had the app for sometime, but this takes the cake. It’s always been pretty mediocre. I have attempted to buy one of their subscription promotions twice. Both times to be charge full price even though they are really pushing this promo. The “tell us why” link won’t load. In settings the feedback link won’t work and as far as I can tell there is no way to open it a separate browser. Trying to navigate I was accidentally logged out. The name on the account looked gibberish I didn’t recognize it. When trying to log back in it told me it had no record for my saved password and ID. Clicking on subscriptions in settings only gives you their rules. The only way I can fix this is through Apple and that still wouldn’t get me the promo I wanted, which I’m thinking at this point is probably just as well.

Recently, USA Today began running short video ads between the paragraphs of news. Sometimes you can’t scroll to avoid them. They rewind short bits of video endlessly. It distracts the eyes and makes it impossible to read the text. I don’t want to pay for an ad free subscription. I’m thinking of cancelling.
