I hit the switch that indicated I wanted a free trial, and though apprehensive, I authorized a payment method, thinking they wouldn’t charge me unless I kept it beyond the trial. However, instead it charged me immediately, and it was even more than the $9.99 that was posted! Anyone know if we can report apps to the better business bureau? Heck if there’s a system to report it to Apple I’d even take that, but they just incurred the wrath of someone who definitely got the time to stop the injustice being perpetrated here. I see the developer responds to a lot of these, well I’d love an explanation about this bareback BS (though I’d love a refund way more). I most likely would have kept it after the trial had it been good enough, but this sneaky deception told me everything I need to know. I wish I had an extra set of arms, so I could give this app 👎👎👎👎

I downloaded this app and thought I was getting a free 3 day trial and was charged $59.99 plus tax. I just requested a refund through Apple. After some google searches I read that if you’ve ever had the free trial before then you will automatically be charged. After a lot of searching I found I had the app 4 years ago.

App crashes frequently and no longer sends or receives texts reliably. Keep getting Failed to Send errors. Bad service.

If you need a basic text message, the app works. However, be aware that two things are not detailed for the pro version. First, there is a limit to the amount of times you can change numbers. Second, there is also a time limit on when you can change numbers. In addition, the numbers are often considered spam on a number of platforms. The app even advertises use on platforms for which their numbers don’t work, including dating apps. I would advise the user to avoid completely apart from regular sms use with another person’s phone, and I am personally seeking a refund.

Latest version setting feels broken. Tapping any of the settings options doesn’t do anything.

Great app

This app has several shortcomings- often calls placed through the app fail to sync with Bluetooth devices, resulting in audio coming through the iPhone speakers rather than my AirPods or headset. It also does not allow you to access your messages when you are mid-call, so if you’re on the phone with someone and they send you a code you need to hang up, read the code, then call back. The call quality also varies greatly. Overall I value the option for a cheap second line but believe the implementation of the burner app to be ok at best. Edit- finally canceled my subscription, app failed to load after device transfer/apple authentication failed. Y’all should make a passkey or password login option to retain customers.

iPhone 16 Pro - app crashed and now is clocking when I purchased a 1 month subscription. I’ve used this app for years with zero issues.
