    Unable to configure ride parameters. I will not ride in a Tesla again. Unsafe and uncomfortable. How do you configure the app to indicate no Tesla cars?

    Etas are a lie. They will show you a 5 minute eta before you pay and then driver will be 15/20 minutes away

    Lyft does NOT provide a way to dispute a charge within their app or contact support in any way. If you go to their website to get support and submit a general inquiry you are forced to login first. Upon logging in, you are not allowed to do anything but “Agree” to a new legal contract that waives your rights to a jury trial among other things. This is the last straw man. I’m uninstalling and never using your service again. You signed me up for a charity I never agreed to, over charged me on the ride itself which you KNEW, and the app lets me know that when I go in and manually select dispute and overcharged, but did you just refund it automatically? NOPE! YOU DECIDED TO BE SLEAZY AND STEAL MY MONEY UNTIL I NOTICED. GFY, quite frankly. @AppleSupport: This app should not be allowed to stay on the App Store. They are STEALING from people.

    I love Lyft but I spend a lot of money and time with you guys, I’ve spent over 900$ in 3 months which is not a big deal because I have to get around but I’ve only been offered 1 promotion which was up to 5$ off a ride one time.. like help us help you. Give more discounts to people who use often, and more people would spend and use the services more
