The ai works fine, WHEN IT WORKS. Half the time it stops generating. It doesnt have a message about it, it just breaks off.

I have been running ma Office for years and just said I would renew for twice the price. When I try to sign in it is going to give me three free days then will start a new subscription. I used copilot to try update my current subscription until it rolls over in about two weeks. I spent 14 hours with copilot and only succeeded in wasting my time. I have been locked out of some of my ms apps for a few weeks with no way to update.
