Paid $1 for the trial, website glitched and downloaded the app.. it didn’t connect to my email so I paid again for the trial (my fault but I’m only out $2). Ended my trial and have been trying to cancel the subscription .. auto renew which is 27.99 & they have proceeded to try and charge me 7 times.. They let you update payment (so it won’t decline) but won’t give you an option to cancel. I emailed the support and it’s an AI Bot.

They make you go through a whole bunch of questions including getting your email before you know what it costs. Just list the cost up front without the tricks.
