Mobile ordering works great. I also love being able to compliment Cast Members who go out of their way to make our trip extra special. Turn by turn directions could use some TLC. The route from Orange Garage to Chef Art Smiths had us unnecessarily going up and down stairs with a stroller. Other than that, this is an essential for navigating WDW property and services.

Payment denied. Had to refresh at guest services. This happens every year!

Personally growing up I’ve never been that big into Disney but watched all the movies and was good. First day here I’m walking around taking in the views and then a nice worker walks up and asks me my experience I said it’s been good. And I say I’m a first timer then BOOM! the whole Disney squad jumps me! Goofy, Pluto, Donald Duck. They started partying around me jumping with high 5s hugs and good vibes. Then we just started taking pictures with each of them and all of them. Will remember this FOREVER. Good day at Disney and had fun for my first day.

This app is great at the park. great! But try to use it for a hotel or to buy tickets and you keep being prompted for authentication codes and otps from your email. This is also true when you try to check in for a hotel, you have to keep logging in even though you are logged in.

My food order won’t process. It just continues to “process”.

Amazing to help find your way and wait times for different rides!

This is so useful for checking wait times and show times for a day at Disney.

Don’t try to chat with anybody because they are unresponsive and they just blow you off to a number that doesn’t help either!

I’ve been waiting over 35 minutes to try to get a response on a question that I have asked if somebody is busy they could at least say they will get back to me later
