    I found out the app breaks if you calibrate or troubleshoot your facial recognition. (Also it would be great if T-mobile would stop “slightly up charging”.) I can’t do anything with the app anymore. It goes into a continuous loop where it says my password is incorrect and I know it’s not because I can log in through the website. I just placed the direct website on my Home Screen, at least I can still see my bill. 🤷‍♀️

    I am extremely happy with my service I switched from Verizon after 8 years and I was so frustrated by them. T-Mobile is very helpful and wonderful so far

    We used to live in the city and we moved and now live in a rural area. T-mobile advertises about having the best services in rural areas… THAT IS A LIE ALL THE WAY AROUND. We are ALWAYS having issues with our phones. All of the advertising is fake news. They should be sued for providing false information to the public. I have 2 bars and showing 5G, but and can not get good service if I am not at home on Wi-Fi. The customer care team said they are working to get better service in our area. I don’t want to leave T-mobile, but if they don’t hurry and get better service towers in our area, then we will be forced to go with another service provider. We own our own business and need better service ASAP!!!!

    The app has not been working for me it says it needs an update when I go get the update It says open app and when I click open the app it keeps on telling me to update so I took it off put it back in turn off my phone did everything and it won’t work for me am I the only one with this problem

    I’m very happy with the Customer Service and people T-Mobile has in store at one location. I will only go where I live at and also Stella on Online Chat as well.

    Over the past few months that I have been with T-Mobile, by the way since January 2024, excellent service. I have found no dead spots in my town nor in the immediate area of my work place. I can reach out to customer service for immediate support and excellent customer service. I left Verizon wireless and AT&T which I believe they feel superior in the cell phone service industry and have multiple issues with their service and very poor quality employees in their retail stores which is absolutely unacceptable and drives customers away very frustrated. Thank you T-Mobile…. Keep up the great service and work you provide the American consumer!!!! Sincerely, Jeff B.

    Your app is terrible. Everytime I try to access anything in the app , nothing works. I have calle d customer service but still a dead end with no solution. I have had several conversations with store staff and they our aware of the problem but are unable to help.
