This new version is terrible. Much more difficult to navigate and very difficult to print anything

App works so-so at times. Pop ups are frustrating. USA often won't load.

I am 88 years old and just want to read the newspaper. However, your system is so complicated that is not possible. I am beginning to wonder if the aggravation and expense is worth it. Your technology staff has little understanding of Seniors. How sad.

Originally I enjoyed the paper, now it’s a chore to read. Trying to make something different without testing is poor technique. Navigation is poor, ADs are intrusive and for no apparent reason debugging menus open. Too bad zero stars is not an option.

Terrible. Poor layout and at times difficult to view headlines. They have managed to increase intrusive advertising.

Signed in to new subscription and refuses to login to website on my main device. Works on windows device, android device, and some iPads, but not main iPad. Customer Service rep says it is a known problem, but no explanation why, or what to do other than wait for fix. Does anyone have work around solution?

This app is a complete joke! The printed pages that are a screen shot open in the app in a tiny font that can’t be enlarged enough to be useful Articles will sometimes open as the index; other times they will open as a previous article

Each morning I have difficulty loading the current e-newspaper. Sometimes it only loads past ones. This app is terrible.

Can’t get print edition only e-edition. What happened to my print edition??? 👎
