  • GTD & Todoist

I have ADHD and love my lists but still struggle. I LOVE the Getting Things Done method and was so excited to see that Todoist has a template ready to go just for GTD! It partners so well with that system and is the first thing I have found that functions the way I need it to giving me ultimate flexibility. I hate to pay for apps and usually refuse to, it was hard for me to pay for this one. But once I did it was 1,000% worth it! I recommend pairing GTD & Todoist to everyone ADHD or not.

There are several tools, however, ToDoist really helps you to be specific and follow through in what you need to accomplish. Some personal organizers are too simple and don’t have many of the features you provide.

I love the Todoist app so much but the lack of the opportunity to change the colors of the app doesn’t make using the app fun. Please can I plead that such a feature would be added in a future update? Thank you

This app is a life saver for a busy professional with an ever changing schedule. I am able to keep track of everything, stop double booking myself and also take notes about meeting and calls to go back to and not have to use sticky notes anymore. Worth getting the pro. Absolutely love it!!

First I used Trello, then moved to ClickUp, and I just gotta say Todoist is the simplest app to organize my 4 running projects. It has everything I need even in the Free version. I don’t miss anything at work with this tool!!

I have used this for a few years and it is very easy and simple. There are some more advanced features that are very easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to keep track of their tasks.
  • Web counterpart now less powerful

While I previously rated the app 5 stars, they recently made an update to the web counterpart that makes editing tasks significantly slower. The iOS app is still great, but not having a web app suitable for power users is making me look elsewhere.

Today I can only see a supposedly inspirational quote and not get to my list. What’s happening
